Very satisfied with the room which was spacious. Bathroom was nice, air conditioning was very effective, and the bed was comfortable. Convenience store 24hr attached (self service if not staffed), good laundry facilities, and bus stop in front (we used the 600 bus from airport). Rooftop pool is heated, and there is a smoking booth at the back entrance. Great area with dining options all around, and great walking areas. Very highly recommended.

Great value for money, good location near bus stop, waterfall and market. Room was clean and modern, though towels were worn and needed updating. Enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and rooftop area. Staff were helpful. It would be better if there was a proper booking system for the karaoke rooms.

We booked the parlor suite which allowed 6 people to stay in it but hotel asked for us to pay for any person more than 4. They also wanted us to pay for extra blankets when requested. We paid for another room instead as the room was too small for 6 anyways. They should not be advertising that the room is big enough for 6. Other than that the room was clean and beds were comfy. Nice that they have a coin laundry room and a CU connected to it. Also close to the markets and food street.

If you are interested in staying in Seogwipo (which is the less touristy city in Jeju Island), then this could be a decent option for you. The room was affordable, and it was conveniently located near several attractions, principally the Seogwipo Olle Market and the nearby waterfall and harbor. It is hard to complain too much when you spend about $75 USD on a room per night. Also, they offer karaoke rooms for free, which are super fun. If we were to complain, there would be a couple areas of improvement for the hotel. First, some of the staff were not so friendly (while others were very friendly). For example, when you enter the hotel, some of the less-friendly staff would not greet you. In our experience, this is not typical for a hotel. Second, the bathroom in our room smelled of urine the whole time, even after the housekeeping staff cleaned our room a couple times (and I also cleaned the base of the toilet myself but was unable to eradicate the urine smell). Additionally, we noticed a couple stains on our sheets. FYI: if this is important to you, the hotel is next door to a "young missy room". We did not notice any explicitly lewd behavior occurring in front of the "young missy room", and there are several such business around the city. It is obviously not the hotel's fault to be next door to such an establishment, but this could be important for you.
