Staff are not accommodating and cold, all my requests were rejected such as extra pillow. Secondly, the floor towel and the shower towels are treated as same meaning same colour same size. This is not acceptable as the shower towels need to be bigger to cover our heads and body and also to distinguish between floor and body use. It is very unhygienic to do this practise.

Peaceful hotel

The hotel was near the beach so I could hear waves. The elevator had a sweet-smelling. Even though I could not directly see the beach from my balcony, there was a small green garden around. My single room had 1 large size bed and a smaller one which was definitely enough for a small family. The room was large and I felt comfortable as my home after a busy day.

Excellent service from wonderful staffs. Perfect location by the beach. Overall, the hotel was very comfortable to stay. **It will be convenient to go around if you rent a car at the airport if you plan to stay more than 2 days. Rent cost $30 a day,

Was a very nice location (could watch the sunrise on the ocean view), staff was kind, and beds comfy. Only negative was that the carpets were a bit old, but everything else was great!

Nice hotel lbut ong way from city or resort

Hotel was good clean with a nice view. However a long way from Jeju city and too far to walk to the local resort. We had a great Korean friend who flew in and hired a Car for us. All the hire car companies with cars were Korean and no English so even with an International Driving License difficult as a non Korean to hire a Car. The hotel staff speak limited English albeit they try hard. Only one CU (=7-eleven nearby). View was still nice with roof top access!
