I did not like asking for the towel every time. We reserve for 4 people but they keep giving us only 3 towels. Same thing for the bottled water. The room is spacious and the location is nice with restaurants nearby.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the surfing beach and various tourist attractions. It's a lovely complex, with a shop, small gym and pool (heated, but only open in certain months). The room we had was fine - slightly tired (stained carpets and various worn areas of the room), and didn't smell great, but we weren't there much and it did the job. The staff were friendly, but I didn't find them that helpful (when asking for a nail salon suggestion for example). We also had a frustrating time in one of the on site restaurants, where they overcharged us for a really basic pasta dish - we tried to argue it but got nowhere. Worth noting that the restaurants are both quite pricey unless you order the Korean sharer food. But there's some good restaurants nearby (would recommend the local Thai!). Overall it's a nice hotel, a little worn, but pleasant and does the job if you're there exploring Jeju.

The hotel is located in JungMun tourist district with many stores and restaurants around, close to beach. The staffs in hotel were friendly and nice. But I think that they may need more custodians and deep cleaning in the bathroom for sink and bathtub. When I came back to hotel in the afternoon, around 2pm, my room had not been cleaned. Overall staying in this hotel was good.

It was very good staying. i checked in late and my daughter was sleep, a front desk staff helped me to carry my luggage from car. helped me check in process. only thing i would like to comment. 1. breakfast : i stay in the Suites hotel since last year, but breakfast food quality is getting bad. there was actually nothing much to eat for me and my daughter. 2. i was informed that hotel was remodelled 3 years ago, but i find lot of molds and scratches in room. also on the ceiling of bathtub, there seems to be a ventilation, but its very open (unable to close it). feels unsafe as there are many news on hidden cameras. 3. i understand of heating is lot of cost, but swimming pool was just cold water. overall, i like staying in Suite hotel, but above things may need to be reconsider. thanks to all the staff and i will come back!

I liked every staff. They were friendly. I liked my room, but due itโ€™s been a quite year of hotels, walls were crumbled, mattress was bit uncomfortable (woke up w bad backache). I hope hotel do some redo of hotel facilities. I hope I get to stay in same room next time. Thanks to The Suite Hotel!
