Great room, location and very helpful staff who helped me with packages. Only slight negative was the shower was poor, but I think they were having issues with their plumbing.

Great Service. Even though I booked through 3rd party, the staff honored my Nonvoy Status & accomodated with platinum perks. The location is awesome, it’s right next to a subway station Myeongdong, Gyeongbokgung palace & Jongmyo Shrine are in walking distance.
