The rooms were really small. The website is a bit deceiving. Also, we wanted to eat breakfast 30 minutes before the ending of the breakfast time, and when we went to the restaurant, we were practically kicked out because of the time it was. How did know how long I would take to eat breakfast. I think it was because I did not have a pre-paid meal plan. Our party felt really mistreated. However, the staff in the lobby and the bar/restaurant were amazing all the time.

Must visit hotel in Seoul

I personally think this hotel is one of the most charming hotels in Seoul. The location is ideal, the view is amazing (calming), the facilities are very well maintained, and the overall sense of professionalism and service is top notch. However, I gave it a “Good” rating instead of “Excellent” because the food and drinks are quite pricey but I don’t necessarily think the flavors are on par with the price.
