Very impressed. Great location, clean and excellent Housekeeping services.Never did find the coffee shpp but plenty of options nearby. Would definitely book again! The only complaint was there were only a few small drawers and 3 hangers. Great for short stays but for 7 nights, I felt my belongings were scattered.

Walkable and convenient

Great location. We were on the 7th floor overlooking the lake and Lotte tower. The view was great night and day. The cleaning staff was friendly. The hotel decor might not be to everyone’s taste but it was clean and well stocked with amenities. Would definitely stay again if back in that area.

We got this hotel for the view of Lotte World and Seoul Sky. There’s a park right in front too. Although a little dated, it has everything you need in a hotel. A little bit of a walk to Jamsil station but doable.

BEAUTIFUL LAKE VIEW

I was very pleased with my stay. Make sure to get a room 7th, 8th or 9th floor for the better view of the lake. The lake has a beautiful path for a walk or jog. Its about 2miles for a lap

Lovely hotel close to shopping.

This hotel was recommended to me by people living in the community. I am so glad they did. It was clean, comfortable, and had lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The cost was reasonable and the staff extremely attentive, although English was not their strong point. If you need to take a taxi from the hotel I recommend having the address printed in English.

Lake Hotel first choice.

I had stayed at the Lake Hotel once before several years ago. Because of its quality I chose it again and will again for any future stays in Seoul. Everything was perfect but for the average American the bed may not be quite what you want in softness but I have no personal complaint about it. Hotel Lake is in an exceptionally great area. Across the street is Lake Seokchon where people of all ages take their walks for health and exercise. At each end is an exercise area. Travelers will find this area very safe at all hours. Many restaurants and coffee shops are in the area and across the lake is an amusement park, live theater and Lotte World, all worth exploring. A ten minute walk from Lake Hotel, at Lotte World, is subway line #2 for easy access to the rest of Seoul.

Great hotel!

The customer service here was outstanding. Staff provided us with all the information we asked for, promptly completed requests for extras such as Tavel adapters and even walked us to the taxi with umbrellas when it rained. staff even went out of their way to order our McDonalds delivery at 11 at night because of the language barrier while trying to order online. I would say the beds were a little hard, however, surprisingly my whole family found that for the firmness of the mattress it was a very very comfortable. Also, room was provided with full size shampoo,conditioner, body wash and even extras such as facial cleanser,toner, hair gel, hairspray and a razor. They thought of everything for us . For the location,service and quality this was a great hotel at a great price. Would stay here again any time.
