Only 10 minute walk to Myeong-dong for food and shopping! Transportation at this location was amazing as well. The only downfall was that the hotel provided a washer machine, but know dryer, so you would have to hang up your clothes to air dry. Also, they ran out of detergent for a few days when I needed it, so I just bought my own. This was a very minor inconvenience though, not big enough to ruin my experience staying with them. I will say though if you traveling with someone, the rooms are very small, so your space will be limited! Also the bathrooms “doors” were a sheet of frosted glass, so not that much privacy. Overall all the hotel was great considering I was only the bn re to sleep, and the staff was polite and friendly

Good and more spacious than expected. Check in process was very simple, and staff were nice. Washroom was clean, very slight musty smell, but was no issue. Also near myeondong and good subway access. Would recommend for sure for single/small group travellers.

The room that we have for 3, is small, considering we have 2 big luggages and 3 small ones, location wise is good, 15 minutes walk to Myeongdong station and street market, lots of food options within the area

I love this hotel , it’s the center of everything in Seoul . The subway station ,to Myeong-dong and Namdaemun. It’s all walking distant .

This unassuming hotel is the an ideal cheap place to stay. You want room service? Sorry, it doesn't have that. You want a fitness center? Sorry, it doesn't have that either. What it does have is safe, if small-ish, rooms in a great location, with a washing machine and free detergent in the communal kitchen/dining/office area in the basement. I found the staff here to be kind and helpful. I'll be coming back here next time I make it to Seoul.

Good location even though the entrance is difficult to find. Room was cozy and warm. The building is quite old and feels more like a hostel but honestly you can’t beat the price and location.

Great location and clean!

Myeongdong is an expensive area~ for similar price, usually the accommodation is outdated and dirty, but this hotel is clean! I think it’s new. It’s very convenient to the subway. It’s in a residential area where you don’t see all the tourists crowding in. Definitely recommend.

Little comfy hotel

This is a little boutique hotel with small rooms (typical in Seoul). Location-wise, it's a 5-10 min walk, slightly uphill from Exit 1 of Hoehyeon station. That's on Line 4 and if you are coming from Incheon or Gimpo airports, take the AREX (4,250won) to Seoul Station and transfer on Line 4. The neighbourhood has a lot of smaller establishments for food and drinks - no pubs, etc. It's a quiet area but you don't feel unsafe. You get a traditional key for your room. I think all the rooms have windows and ac/heater so it's good. Toilet's small but strong water pressure. There's a simple breakfast - bread, jams, coffee/tea. I saw some eating cup noodles.
