The hotel room is clean, decent and spacious. This 3-bed room is unexpectedly comfortable but the room temperature was too high when the air-con was on. Only an electric fan could be provided to improve ventilation. Staff are friendly and helpful. Feel very welcome and warm during the stay. The hotel is connecting with a convenient store and you could access it without going out the hotel. The location is actually next to the train station and myeongdong street-a superb location. Definitely will come back again for the next Seoul trip.

The room was extremely small . It is designed for one person .so if you’re big or booked for 2 person it makes it harder to move around in the room especially with big luggage’s , we had no space to put our luggage and less shopping makes it so inconvenient .

There is no chair in the room, but only a not so comfortable stool. Requested for a chair to at least able to sit comfortably to read or to do some work but was told only stool is available! There is also no side table by the bed. However location is excellent close to many eateries, shops, metro stations & Namdemun market.
