It was a very pleasant stay overall. Stuff was very helpful and friendly. The only time that I felt a bit outward was the last day in lobby when I was waiting for my taxi holding my little granddaughter. I was going to ask a man in dark suit uniform. But he completely ignored me. I did not get his name as my granddaughter started to get fussy. Other than it, it was very good.

All great, especially the convenience offered by the nearby area; only thing I hated was the limited number of elevators or the slowness of them. It takes forever everytime we used. We once missed our Uber during rush hour.

I had never experienced the superior qualitiy of service before this stay. I stayed at this hotel for clebrating my wife's birthday with my child. And thhe manager Ms. Bomi Yoon gave us a cherished memory. I am not the type of person like surprising someone to make them happy but, this manager who has an outstanding talent made my wife to get impressed tremendously. Though the opening was quite lenghty, if you Marriott have all the staffs like her; I bet you all that you guys will be ranked #1 easily. That would be like piece of cake for sure. Anyway, thanks for your hospitality again and hope to see you all soon again.
