With its bright, open layout, the apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a washer, a large bathroom, a dedicated workspace, a cozy lounge area, and a comfortable queen-size bed. The abundance of mirrors adds to the sense of light and space, enhancing your overall experience.

Important Note: The building enforces a strict non-smoking policy, including electronic cigarettes. If smoking is detected in the unit, a cleaning fee of KRW 500,000 will be charged to cover additional cleaning and compensation for potential rental loss.

Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.

Guest Access:
As this is an open-plan studio apartment, you are welcome to use all the spaces within the house. Enjoy the flexibility and comfort of the entire area during your stay.
