Excellent service. I had to book rooms for extra nights, and the staff was very helpful. Superb gym and Korean Bath. One of the best I've seen. Food was very good, and the service from the teams was very good.

This hotel reminds me of luxurious Las Vegas hotels. The service is excellent from the moment you step off your vehicle when arriving for check in. The staff we encountered throughout the whole process were excellent. The property smells and feels luxurious. There are many dining and shopping options nearby or within the complex. Our room had a wonderful view of the Lotte World Tower. It was spacious with wonderful amenities. This is one of the top hotels in Seoul and the price of food onsite reflects that. If this is within your budget, this is a wonderful property.
