The rooms in this hotel are spacious and modern. The hotel was kept very clean, staff were working around the clock. The staff are very knowledgeable - I got my nails done and also went to a spa they recommended. The staff also suggested a few restaurants that were delicious. The hotel is in a good area for tourists. The palace is walking distance as well as Insadong and a lot of really good food.

We stayed in 4 hotels during our trip to Seoul and this was our favourite hotel by a long way. The location was fantastic- walking distance to the palaces Gyeongbokgung and Changdeokgung and Jongmyo -all wonderful experiences. We loved wandering the small streets of Bukchon Hanok village with its quirky shops and speciality food sellers- especially the fruit mochi shop and Artist bakery and cafe. There was a lovely vibe in this area of Seoul. We encountered an outdoor cinema and outdoor reading areas in the Gwanghwamun square. And easy to walk to Myeong-Dong cafes and shops. Book tickets 6 days in advance for Changdeokgung Secret Gardens. Restricted entry here - must be booked on to a guided tour. Nearest subway Anguk. The hotel staff were the friendliest we encountered, the beds were the most comfortable and the breakfast buffet spread was absolutely delicious. Also this was the quietest hotel we stayed in- no road noise here.

The location was perfect. It was close to everything from shopping to monuments to restaurants. It was so easy to find things! The staff at the front desk were lovely and willing to help with whatever you needed.

Staff's attention to detail was fantastic. Property location is perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions in Insadong. Room size is great and the bed was excellent. Free lockers for luggage available on site and really easy to use. 12:00 PM check out is also a nice bonus. Nice ammenities with good selection of tea and coffee. Loved our stay there and will definitely book again next time in Seoul.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well cared for. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and attentive. It set a positive tone for the rest of our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. We also really enjoyed the dining options. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. Throughout our stay, we noticed how well the hotel was maintained and how the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Whether we needed directions, or coordination of transportation, someone was always available. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would happily stay here again. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Hotel exceeded my expectations. We brought our girls (ages 3 18 months) and everything was great. Easy access to the main street of Insadong and Jogyesa and all the other surrounding tourist hot spots. I have visited Insadong multiple times before, but never stayed at a hotel nearby and their location couldn't have been better. Hotel was incredibly clean and they have an excellent breakfast that had lots of options for our picky girls. Staff was incredibly helpful whenever we had questions. Also a plus was their easy luggage storage system. We took advantage of it before check-in and even after checking out.
