The concierge service is extremely helpful and always available. The location is excellent due to the connection to the mall and train station. The rooms are clean and efficiently set up.

The staff are helpful and kind; the location is excellent; the services there are helpful and efficient. I will stay there again on my next return trip.

The location is good, the breakfast buffet is diverse and plentiful, the bed is comfortable, there is adequate lighting. But why are there no black tea bags in the room, only green tea? This malady seems to infect hotels the world over, but it's inexplicable to me.

The breakfast buffet was sumptuous, and the bed was very comfortable. On the pet peeve side, why does the cleaning staff (at most hotels, including this one) never replace the black tea bags that I use on the first night I am there? Do they not check what's been used and needs to be replaced? Do they assume that no one ever drinks black tea? Do they not wonder what the two used teacups were used for? I don't get it.

Top of the notch place to stay at for everybody. Very secure, clean and staff are very top of the knotch. Very recommended as they are connected to a station for convenience when you want to travel to other parts of seoul and next door to a mall that you can get lost in.
