It was in the heart of Gangnam, good access to public transport in a walkable distance. Also walking distance to the shopping area, as well as food options at night, totally recommend this hotel for the easy access to shopping and food districts, also the rooms were pretty spacious and clean.

Reception was very nice..they helped book taxis and even helped carry my bags to the taxi. Room is spacious..comes with microwave, kettle and fridge. Location is great. Close to public transport, shopping and restaurants.

If you are a solo traveler come here! Is great

The front staff is great they help you with everything even top your T money or currency exchange, the only "down" is that you couldn't use the AC and some nights were a bit hot. Appart from that everything was perfection, also the location it was so easy to go everywhere by public transportation

This was my second time staying at this hotel and the staff were warm and welcoming upon our arrival. They were incredibly helpful when we had issues with the room facilities and wasted no time sending maintenance to resolve the issue or offering to move our room. I will definitely be planning on staying here again upon future visits to the city

Great stay and close to two really good streets for drinking and eating. For the more historic stuff, only a twenty minute Uber away (£6:00) each way. Great hotel and would not hesitate to recommend or stay again if in Seoul.

Cleanest hotel ever.

What else would anyone ask for hotel for this great price except being clean but O'cloud hotel has lot more; nice comfortable spacious bed, extremely clean and close to everything and has a room safe too. Definitely I will come back here for next visit to Gangnam.

No Soundproofing whatsoever

The main purpose of a hotel is to be able to rest and sleep. Regardless of cleanliness, politeness, amenities...if you can't sleep, the hotel has not done it's job. We stayed 4 nights and were kept awake till well past midnight every night with doors slamming and people talking. And just talking, not even yelling...the walls between the rooms might as well not even have been there, they were that transparent. We did not contact the front desk as a room move would just get more of the same we believe. Nor are we looking for compensation or apologies from the management as they have to be aware of how bad the construction is. Just wanted to let others know so they are not walking around tired all day like we were.
