there are a lot of restrictions to get to the place that are not clear in the posting. it doesnt clearly mention that it is past security check. I lost my reservation as it was very time consuming getting there.

Ruby - a Gem at Sama Sama Express

We booked a room at Sama Sama Express for a day as we got to know that our flight had got delayed and the lay-over was now 11 hours. Wise decision. Apart from benefit of staying within the airport, the Sama Sama Express was very comfortable and relaxing. My 80 year old mother got to sleep for about 4 hours and I got to take a shower and sleep. The Manager on Duty, Ruby was exceptional, understanding and pro-active with making arrangements. Another family, with elderly parents, were given accommodation, again by Ruby and they were highly appreciative of her efforts.
