The staff at this location were extremely helpful and communicated quickly. We had lost luggage to be delivered by the airline prior to our arrival at the hotel. The location responded to us immediately on all our emails. Their help put us at ease

Personalen var vÀnlig, men nÄgon kunde ingen engelska alls. NÀtverket fungerade vÀldigt bra. "Pentrydelen" i rummet var en vattenvÀrmare. FÀrgen flagade i rummet. Det var kallt nÀr vi kom och dörren stod öppen ut mot gÄrden för att vÀdra ut doften av rengöringsmedel. Vi startade vÀrme genom luftkonditioneringsaggregatet, Efter 2 timmar slutade vi frysa. Det var vid tiden strax över noll grader nattetid. VÀrmen stÀngdes av i samband med rumsservicen och fick startas pÄ nytt nÀr vi Äterkom. Duschen fungerade, men kabinen var oerhört trÄng. Frukosten var ingen hit.

Tudo muito bom com exceção do banheiro. O chuveiro é extremamente apertado. Mesmo pra mim e para o meu marido que somos magrinhos, foi muito desconfortåvel tomar banho.
