The spacious holiday home Can Xesquet is located in a quiet area just 2 km from the beautiful town of Ses Salines. The villa, which perfectly combines traditional Mallorcan style and modernity and stretches over 2 floors, impresses guests with its mountain view and excellent outdoor area. Furthermore, the house, which is nestled within lush, Mediterranean greenery, consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a fireplace, a washing machine, satellite television, board games, a baby cot and a highchair. The wonderful villa also boasts a balcony, a private garden, 2 private terraces (open and covered) and a barbecue. You also have your own private pool as well as an outdoor shower. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee outside on the terrace while you admire the beautiful surrounding plants. Spend your days relaxing on the comfortable sun loungers and lose yourself in a good book. The nearest supermarket is also located here, just 2.1 km away (a 5-minute drive). In approximately 16 minutes by car you will reach the stunning coastline with its multitude of beaches. For example, just a 14-minute drive away (8.2 km), the rocky and sandy beach, Platja de Cala Galiota, awaits your visit. Here you can swim in the refreshing sea and absorb the Spanish sun.

Sehr schöne voll ausgestattete Finca, ideal, wenn man die Ruhe sucht

Pros: Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Der Pool wird mehrmals pro Woche gereinigt. Wir planen schon unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Cons: Die Beschreibung und die Bilder sollten überarbeitet werden. Fahrräder sind z.B. nicht mehr verfügbar. Poolheizung wäre auch schön 😁.

Schönes Haus in sehr Ruhiger Lage

Pros: Sehr schönes Haus mit tollen Zimmern. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit Türe und ein Zimmer als offener Raum. Zusätzlich hat es im Wohnzimmer zwei Couches. Handtücher gab es auch ausreichend. Pool war auch sauber Cons: Der Aussenbereich sieht etwas anders aus als auf den Bilder. Mittlerweile gibt es einen anderen und größeren Grill (Holzkohle) und die Überdachung von den Liegen wurde neu gebaut.

Ein tolles Haus in toller Lage

Pros: Xisco ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Das Haus ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich direkt heimisch. Wenn wir den Gastgeber benötigen sollten war er umgehend zur Stelle. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Wir sind tatsächlich mit einer Träne abgereist. Cons: Es fehlt an nichts. Es hat uns alles sehr, sehr gut gefallen.

Cons: Leider verfügt das Haus, anders als in der Beschreibung ausgewiesen, nicht über 3 Schlafzimmer Es gibt nur 2 Zimmer und einen offenen Wohn-/Schlaf- und Essbereich. Wir haben ein Haus gebucht um unter uns zu sein, jedoch kam jeden Tag jemand vorbei - manchmal angemeldet, manchmal ohne Voranmeldung

Underbart hus med pool med enskilt, högt läge och mysig inredning.

Pros: Huset är vackert och ligger enskilt beläget i ett väldigt lugnt område, men ändå nära till nära till mysiga byn Ses Selines med fina restauranger och café. Vi njöt av uteplatser, egen pool och lugnet kring ett hus som hade det mesta man kan önska sig i form av fina badrum, stort kök med mycket utrustning. Cons: Vi fick lite krångel med varmvatten och vattentillförseln. Men värden var snabb att svara och kom snabbt och åtgärdade problemen. Vi anlände sent på kvällen och hade uppskattat om det funnits lite dricksvatten i kylen vid ankomst.
