The ground floor consists of a large Portuguese lounge with a bar, 3 comfortable sofas by the fireplace, dining table and tables for reading and games; 3 double bedrooms (2 of which are en suite with a full bathroom and baby bed); 1 service bathroom (total 3 bathrooms); 1 fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine and crockery, fridge, microwave, oven, electric hob, etc, etc; pantry with freezer; 1 entrance hall with wardrobe for suitcases.
On the 1st floor there is a living room, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom. One of the bedrooms is family friendly, in addition to the double bed there are 2 bunk beds
In the splendid 1500m2 garden with total privacy, there is a lounge with a barbecue, equipped with the 'Sunflex' glass system (the supple glass doors open and close completely, without gutters on the floor), completely furnished and equipped to meals outside.
In the lounge you will find a special fridge for drinks and desserts (with a glass door), garden table and chairs for 16 people and sun loungers. Large garden sofa for socializing.
For children, inside the Villa, they have all the necessary accessories, from bed to chair for baby meals, comfortable changing mat, various toys, games and books.
Also in the garden there is a playground complete with a swing, a slide with a wooden house on top, a climbing wall and several spring swings.
