Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Host refused entry, said she never booked it, demanded cash for the key. I was left on the street with nowhere to go. VRBO agreed to a refund, which I have never received.Thus review is completely accurate and I still have not received the refund promised on Friday.
