Vacation rental in SĂšte on the Marina des Quilles and a few meters from the beach. You will stay on the seafront, on the 1st floor of the Residence Mer et Soleil, in a spacious 2 rooms for 4persons. You will enjoy a large glazed loggia with 3 leaves and consists of two small beds 90 overlooking a beautiful open terrace overlooking the sea. In addition, you will find in the living room a convertible sofa 140 with television and a equipped kitchenette (hotplates, large fridge / freezer, mini oven, toaster, washing machine). You will also find a bedroom with a 140 bed and closet. The bathroom is with the toilet. Private parking space within the secure residence.

Rental of disposable cloth sheets at a price of 12 euros per bed (fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases)
Final cleaning charge at the price of 60 euros
