Located on the first floor (no elevator) of a quiet building, it comprises: an entrance hall, a living room with a sofa bed (140x190 cm), flat-screen TV, table and 4 chairs, opening onto a small balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, induction hob, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a large wardrobe, a shower room with shower, vanity unit, storage, and a separate WC.

You will also have a private parking space within the building (no. 46 – gate width: 2.60 m).

The advantages of the location: Everything is within walking distance, the Sète market hall is nearby for lunch or shopping, the beaches are just 4.3 km away (accessible by bus – Pont de Pierre stop 100 m away), and the train station is 750 m away.
