You'll be charmed by this lovely 40 m² one-bedroom apartment (sleeps 4) with a magnificent view of the Sète canals. Located on the first floor (no elevator) of a quiet building, it comprises: an entrance hall, a living room with a sofa bed (140x190 cm), flat-screen TV, table and 4 chairs, opening onto a small balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, induction hob, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a large wardrobe, a shower room with shower, vanity unit, storage, and a separate WC.

You will also have a private parking space within the building (no. 46 – gate width: 2.60 m).

The advantages of the location: Everything is within walking distance, the Sète market hall is nearby for lunch or shopping, the beaches are just 4.3 km away (accessible by bus – Pont de Pierre stop 100 m away), and the train station is 750 m away.

Appartement au top. Par contre le parking juste bon pour une toute petite voiture. Le bruit est insupportable jours et nuits. Rue décrite comme calme. Venez passer une nuits pour vous rendre compte . Dommage ça gâche le séjour.
