海と夕焼けと月と朝日

初めての奄美大島で、思いの外縦長だったので、話題のホノホシ海岸に近いこちらの宿を一泊泊まらせて頂きました。 目の前の海は静かで綺麗で、 夕焼けもお月様も美しかったです！ 徒歩すぐにピザの美味しい関西ご出身の楽しい店主さんのお店もあり、とてものんびりすごせました^ - ^ 朝食付きにしたのですが、 ハノホシ海岸で朝日を見てのんびりしたら、 とてもお腹が空いて、責任者さんが作ってくださった、美味しい朝ごパンは最高でした！ 今回は山目的でしたので、次回はマリンスポーツかホエールウォッチングでお邪魔したいですね🌟 お部屋も綺麗でアメニティも揃っていましたが、隣の部屋の声が筒抜けだったので、快適さはひとつ減らしました。 とはいえ、車椅子の方々にもスキューバを出来る環境がある企業理念が素晴らしいく、応援したい宿です。 あと、別の口コミで読んだ駐車場が狭いというのは昔の話だそうで、普通に停める事が出来ましたよ♫ ありがとうございました^ - ^

スタッフがフレンドリー

ダイビングの団体ツアー客が多いなか、個人客の我々ファミリーをとても親切にもてなしてくれました。客室はとても清潔で、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、小学生の娘も喜んでいました。また、泊まりたいです。

静かな環境でぐっすり眠れます。

夕食をとるところは周辺には1か所しかありません。日が沈むと辺りは真っ暗です。 車椅子の方も使える部屋でしたのでシャワー、トイレがつながっていてシャワーが手前にあるのでシャワーをすませてからトイレを使う時には下が水浸しになっているので注意が必要です。 翌朝のフェリーの時間に合わせて朝食を30分はやくしていただけました。短い滞在時間でしかたが快適に過ごせました。

清潔で親切な宿

施設は新しく、きれいに保たれていて気持ちがよかったです。スタッフの方も親切でいろいろなことを教えていただきました。朝食もシンプルにおいしかったです。 ホテルに到着した際、どなたもいらっしゃらず、電話も通じずチェックインまで10分ぐらい待ったのが心細かったです。 徒歩圏では1件だけイタリアンのお店がありますが、そのほかの食事のできる町（古仁屋）まではタクシーで移動することになります（800円ぐらい）。

ホスピタリティゼロのひどい宿でした

二段ベッドの部屋を予約しましたが、場所がサイトの住所ではありませんでした。写真の宿は海のそばですが、ドミトリーなどの安価な部屋は別の繁華街にあり、そこまで車で移動しなければなりません。そのような説明がサイトには一切ないのですが。 チェックアウト時も見送りも何もなく、どうしたらいいのかもわかりませんでした。何か悪いことでもしたのだろうかと不安になるほどです。 サイトには「朝食含」と書いてありますが、催促しても出ませんでした。 このような感じの悪い宿は初めてです。 ウソまみれでホスピタリティのカケラもなく、奄美大島での思い出自体がマイナスになりそうです……。

スタッフが最高に優しいので、また利用したいです。

結構お客さん思いのスタッフで、おかげさまで、快適に利用させていただきました。 チェックイン場所は少し離れていますが、宿泊の場所は繁華街にあり、買い物や乗船するのに最適です。 施設内の設備が揃っており、非常に助かりました。 また、シーツや布団は新しくて清潔です。 スタッフは礼儀正しく、お出迎えや送迎はしっかり対応していただけて、また、ツアーの相談や困りことまで助言していただきました。 チェックアウト対応は普通に行われていないようですが、特別に調整していただいたことは本当に感謝しています。 またぜひ利用したいです。

砂浜に近いホテル

別棟で紹介してもらい、貸し切りのような気分できれい良かった。 空港からレンタカーで一周できてから宿に着けるような行程で組めることができた。大阪との気温差が１０度違い、浜近くでゆったりと過ごすことができた。
