Explore unique shops, catch the latest movie at the cinema, find your next read at the bookstore, treat yourself to ice cream, or enjoy a delectable meal at one of the many restaurants. For water sports enthusiasts, Governors Beach, Cemetery Beach and Public Beach are 5 minutes away, perfect for snorkeling and diving, and renting wave runners. Governors Beach features a substantial coral reef just 200 yards offshore, at a depth of 15 feet. Cemetery Beach offers smaller coral formations, also 200 yards out at a depth of 15 feet. Additionally, there is Smith Cove which offers beautiful coral formations just two feet under the water, easily accessible from the shore at 50 yards. Divers Supply is across the street from the property for snorkeling gear rentals.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! Local buses are available and will stop for you if you signal them from the side of the road, with most rides along West Bay Road costing around $2/person. Taxis are readily available for trips to specific destinations. If you're planning day trips or want to explore the island independently, renting a car is the best option. Many tour operators offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off services, so you might not need a car if you've booked a tour.

We had a great stay at the condo! We love the location with everything within walking distance. We didn’t have a need to rent a car. We were just steps from the courtyard and the ocean. The grocery store (Foster’s) is also within walking distance. Just be aware that Foster’s is closed on Sundays. The owners were very responsive. We had an issue hooking up to the internet, but someone was there within the hour and helped us out. He even brought us an extra fan for our stay. The condo is well supplied with everything you would need for your stay. We did have a couple of days with rain but the back terrace was great because we were not stuck inside. It’s also great for drying swimwear. We would not hesitate to came back for another stay!

As Advertised, which I appreciate!

I am a single mom of twins on a budget, so obviously a trip to Cayman was something that required research. I sincerely loved and appreciated this property. It was exactly as advertised. Coral Beach is absolutely breathtaking (you are truly just steps away). You can snorkel right there! The pool was also just wonderful! I was very happy! My only comment would be to bring extra blankets.

Great physical location, area run down. Need more washcloths.

Really great location but being that it’s next door to an abandoned/closed night spot, it looks and feels sketchy. An issue we had was they had only 2 washcloths for the entire unit. We did ask for more and they brought just 2 others…for a 4 night stay…for 4 individuals. After days at the beach in sand, pool water, and sweating in the sun it would be nice to wash your body properly each night. Found it quite off putting and unsanitary but may be cultural.

Perfect spot for our vacation with a toddler

The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. You really are steps away from a great little beach that was never crowded, even over the holiday; a quick walk to so many eateries & Camana Bay; and easy access to the rest of Seven Mile Beach. We rented a car for a couple of days as well, and the parking is super convenient (tip: next time I would rent from the local car rental down the street to avoid the 25 taxi rides back to/from the airport car rental places). The host was extremely responsive to our questions, including on recommendations, and we had no problem booking extras like a pack-n-play and late check out. The 2023 review that notes feeling this is in a sketchy location must be outdated, it felt very safe. The nightclub beyond the parking area was active one night (the Saturday before New Year’s) but quiet the rest of our stay time. There’s also a very informative guest book that notes you can request extra cleaning during your stay (for a fee) or use the coin-operated laundry by the pool if you’d like to wash clothes or towels/linens during your stay.
