Nothing can compare to the white powder sand and the crystal-clear waters. Fully renovated, our personal home away from home, top of the line finishes sure to meet everyone's expectations. You & your guests will love your stay in this fantastic two-level vacation home. Two screened lanais, lower with electric BBQ and outdoor dining and upper with an outdoor lounge area. This 3-bedroom and 2-bath unit has used exclusively Serta iComfort therapeutic mattresses paired with Pacific Coast duvets and pillows to ensure a restful sleep on any of the four beds. The main bedroom has a king bed with ensuite privileges with the upper bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed. And the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a single over double setup. Ceiling fans in every room and both patios plus the largest residential AC unit available that is professional maintained are sure to keep everyone comfortable. This unit also has a whole home dehumidifier setup to help manage the Caribbean humidity when needed. We provide all linens and towels, including beach towels. Plus, we have in-suite laundry when you need to freshen up the towels during your short or extended stay. Demand hot water means you will never run out of hot water. Smart TVs to entertain when needed, and free WiFi plus a computer desk with a large screen and peripherals to allow you to connect to and create a dedicated mini office if this helps you stretch your stay a bit longer. Telephone system has both a local line for making reservations and a second line for calling the USA or Canada for free. The kitchen has everything and more you could want in a kitchen. We have outfitted the kitchen with virtually every want, from Vitamix blender, Keurig coffee maker to a full line of Cuisinart small appliances. All units have an Alexa device to play music, and can be disabled with ease if she isn't your friend. In room safe and USB hubs to keep devices charged. Relax in the sun, play in the sand, or swim in the ocean, Grand Cayman truly is a paradise. This condo is not ideal for younger children. This condo is our personal home away from home and as we have three of our own children, they are now young adults and the furnishings and items in the condo cater to young adults and older.

If you have not been to the island in the last year, we want to share an important aspect of our coastal landscape with you. Due to the ebb and flow of beach erosion, our beloved shoreline has transformed into a smaller beach, detached from the busy part of SMB. Occasionally, the water may approach our seawall when the waves are active, providing a unique and captivating view of the ocean's rhythmic dance. Loungers & umbrellas are set up ocean side or beach front as Mother Nature permits as seen in the pictures listed.
