The space
Perched above the garage, this bright and airy studio offers privacy and comfort with private access to Cemetery Beach.

The open layout features a large king bed surrounded by windows, allowing for beautiful natural light and refreshing island breezes throughout the day.

The studio includes a full bathroom, spacious closet with plenty of storage, and a newly refreshed, fully equipped kitchen.

Just outside the kitchen, guests can enjoy a cozy outdoor dining area located on the balcony at the top of the stairs, perfect for morning coffee or evening meals in the warm Cayman air.

At the base of the stairs, guests have access to shared amenities including an outdoor shower stocked with beach toys, a grill, and a washer and dryer, all shared with the main 3-bedroom home. All other amenities are private to the studio.
