George Town Villas - Beautiful Beachfront Condo

Marilyn and I invite you to visit our favorite place, our luxury oceanfront home-away-from-home at George Town Villas. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located near the south end of Seven Mile Beach. It boasts spectacular views, the privacy of a third floor unit and comfortable amenities. A covered patio with balcony overlooks the ocean, George Town Harbor, beach, pool and gardens.

George Town Villas offers convenience to George Town, without the noise or tourist traffic, being set off from the main traffic arteries on aptly named 'Snooze Lane'. Several fine restaurants including 'The Wharf' are within a short walk, as are 'Seven Mile Shops'. A well-stocked supermarket is conveniently located within ~3/4 mile.

The property itself is built around a large manicured garden featuring expansive lawns, palms and plantings. A well-maintained pool near the ocean/beach front is a favorite place for an afternoon visit while waiting for the elusive 'green flash' from the setting sun. For the more athletic, there are snorkeling and swimming off the beach. There is a tennis court on the property.

Grand Cayman is famous for the clarity of its water, its magnificent reefs with hard and soft corals lining vertical walls, and abundant marine life. It is little wonder that it is a favorite destination for both new and experienced divers. Dive charters are readily available and most provide transportation from the condominium. For those who prefer fishing, deep sea fishing charters are available, offering full and half day trips. And for the horticultural enthusiast, the Queen Elizabeth Botanical Garden, located near the eastern end of the island is not to be missed.

Our family of four had an absolutely flawless 10/10 stay at this condo, and it truly served as the perfect home base for our Grand Cayman adventure. The location is unbeatable, but the absolute highlight was having incredible snorkeling right off the beach just steps away from the pool; it kept our two teenagers entertained for hours without us ever needing to leave the property. Inside, the condo was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished, providing a comfortable and high-end feel that made relaxing after a day of island exploration so easy. We loved everything Grand Cayman had to offer and cannot recommend this condo or this vacation highly enough for anyone seeking the ultimate Caribbean getaway.

Loved this property!

This condo is exactly what you would want for a relaxing trip to Cayman. Every day we would sit on the balcony and watch cruise ships come in and sail away into the sunset. I would stay here over and over!

My husband and I stayed in Grand Cayman over Christmas with our 2 girls, ages 11 and 14. The set-up was great with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, easy access to the ocean amazing, and having a pool on-site when water was too rough was awesome. The location was perfect for our "home base."

What a fabulous place to stay! The views are incredible. On calm days you can snorkel right out front. The pool is by far the best pool we have had at a rental condo. Great 7 foot deep end. Condo was safe, clean and had amazing pictures of the many things you see snorkeling. Great location and fabulous owners. I can’t wait to come back!

Rest and relaxation

Friends and I booked this condo for a warm weather get-a-way to relax and enjoy the weather. The condo was in a good location and functional for everything we need. On the third floor (top), quite, great location, walkable to Georgetown, got into the ocean (the day I went snorkeling the waves were too rough), residence were nice/friendly... Just an overall great experience.

The condo was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The view was fantastic...very relaxing sitting on the balcony. A vacation in paradise

George Town Villas are amazing. It was our second time we stayed there. The condo is pristine, comfy, cozy, and has everything we could possibly need. The view is magnificent, we all enjoyed every second of our vacation. The manager was very friendly, really helpful, and she always replied quickly to any questions we had. Terrific location and amenities on southern tip of 7 mile beach

Can't beat this for a less crowded and "complete" package of everything there is to enjoy on Grand Cayman. The grounds, pool and location are top notch. We are an active family so the third floor didn't bother us at all and the view..oh the view..cannot be beat. Accomodations are nice and the kitchen is well equipped as stated by others, but the real value is in the private, homey feel of this place, close to everything and within a short walk. We really, really enjoyed our stay. There were a few little things, but they got taken care of without hassle and if you like a stiff bed, you'll love this place!

Beautiful View and Convenient Location

We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the cruise ships. Both bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully stocked. We liked the 3rd floor location. Learned to take items out of our large suitcase to easily navigate the stairs when arriving and departing. Easy walk to a very nice grocery store. Short walk to sunset cove for swimming. Lots of nice casual restaurants we could walk to. We liked snorkeling at the nearby wreck of the Gamma. Would definitely stay here again.
