Ocean front condo located at the heart of 7 Mile Beach.

Newly renovated third floor direct beach access condo with 3 bedrooms (3 King beds) and 3.5 bathrooms. Large families can take advantage of the extra queen sleeper sofa available in the living room.
This luxury condominium has the white sand and turquoise sea right at its doorstep. The unit has been remodeled in with fine furnishings, high end bedding, high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi and the fiber optic cable TV.

The condo is equipped with the following:

-New flat panel TVs in the living area and each bedroom
-Beach toys for kids, pack 'n play and high chair available upon request

We had an absolutely incredible stay in this condo. It was set up beautifully for us, with three bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The view from the condo was absolutely gorgeous. It was immaculately clean and there was good communication for check-in and check out. We were able to walk too many places from the unit or take a short taxi ride. Highly recommend!

Beach getaway.

We wanted a week away as a family and we have been to Cayman before. This time we wanted more space than a hotel could offer so we chose a VRBO. We wanted something near seven Mile Beach with a good location, and this fit the bill. The condo is very nice and modern and clean, and we enjoyed it very much. Due to the recent hurricane damage, the seawall was basically destroyed, and the beach was almost gone, so we didn’t get to use it much, but we still had a good time.

Fantastic get away on the beach

My wife and I stayed with her 3 sisters and their husbands for a week. The condo accommodates 3 couples comfortably and a 4th couple in the glass enclosed TV room with a pull-out bed. The entire unit was updated and was in immaculate condition. The kitchen and the 3 bathrooms ensuite were updated and very clean. When we were in the unit, we spent 90% of the time sitting on the covered porch looking out over the ocean. The Marriott was two buildings over and has lost most of their beach due to seasonal changes. The beach for this property was very comfortable and private. There was a reef about 50ft from shore and the snorkeling was excellent. We will try to rent this property again and would rate this property as outstanding!!

Family vacation

The condo was great. Very clean. Great service. Amazing views. On the water. Probably one of the best setups for our family as very open concept. Only negative which nobody can control us the beach is small due to erosion and the large rocks in the water you have to navigate, but this was not enough not to book this again.
