Sunset Cove has its own private beach, with a breakwater making for a calm and protected swimming lagoon. The complex has: two fresh water swimming pools, one of which is the largest swimming pool on seven mile beach, a hot tub, a children's wading pool, and a swim up bar and restaurant.
Location, Location, Location! we are not " a short walk" or "minutes from" the are on the beach.! You can sit on our patio, enjoy the view, have your coffee and breakfast, before going downstairs into the water. Dont be suprised by the warmth of the ocean, usually everybody hangs out in the water with a drink in hand. ample bathroom towels and beach towels provided.
Inside our condo , we are leaving you a full array of kitchen appliances: one standard refrigerator with in door water and ice maker, plus an additional double drawer refrigerator, very practical double drawer dishwasher , which you can use separately or both drawers at same time, microwave, built in oven and cooktop. To help you prepare your meals easier and faster we have for you a blender, egg boiler, nutribullet, 2 toasters, waffle maker, popcorn maker, espresso machine, 12 cup coffee maker, hand mixer, citrus juicer, food processor, kettle, water filter. Ample glasses, pots, pans, dishes , serving plates and utensils. full range of spices for any cuisine. as well as the basics, pasta, rice, sugar, flour. In the laundry you will find a combo washer dryer ,detergent , softener, iron and a small ironing board. there is also a small gas grill on the patio.
There are 2 flat screen TV's, cable TV, each room has is own a/c zone control, , washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi. upstairs bedroom has tv, no cable but has a Roku which has streaming apps.
There is ample free parking as well as 24x7 security guards on premises. Other on site-facilities include a charcoal BBQ area, plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for shade on the beach.
We live on island and can welcome you on arrival, and help with any questions or problems during your stay. If you should so wish, we have a self check in option with a keypad and your very own code. The condo uses a key-less entry system so you don't need to worry about carrying keys around. It will be programmed with your unique code during your stay.
We are approved by the DOT Cayman Islands Tourism Licensing board.
No smoking is permitted in the apartment , thank you.
Housekeeping - please note we do not provide maid or cleaning service during your stay. Please be considerate during your stay. Our home will be clean when you arrive and we will clean it when you leave. no pets allowed ( sorry the condo complex does not allow it.
Nightly rate excludes 13% Cayman Tourism Accommodation Tax (will be added to your total).
The place is ideally located on Seven Mile beach which is the hub for entertainment, restaurants and activities in Grand Cayman. We are situated within walking distance to Camana Bay, Georgetown, the top restaurants, a large grocery store, tour operators and several dive shops nearby. Conveniently located 10 minutes from Owen Roberts airport, Taxis are readily available from the airport.
If you choose to venture out further, you can either rent a car (there is a car rental location very close by across the road.. or have a taxi pick you up at the doorstep. Alternatively there is public transportation on our road, West Bay road that travels along the Seven Mile Beach strip. If you are taking part in an organized tour, most tour operators will have door to door transportation.
