This condo at Sunset Cove is a 3 BR, 2 bath Ocean front unit on the second floor (1 NEW Kings, 1 NEW Queenand 2 NEW Twins) with easy access to both the pool and the beach. Daily rental rates shown are for up to 6 persons with beds and maximum occupancy allowed for up to 8 persons. Extra persons are $30/night/person.

Location, Location, Location!! Sunset Cove is located on the southern end of Seven Mile Beach less than one mile from the restaurants and duty-free shops in George Town. This Cayman Condo is professionally-managed Ocean Front unit offers a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, cable TV in living room and both of the bedrooms, DVD, central a/c, ceiling fans, hairdryers, safe, washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi and private balcony. Sunset Cove is a *2018 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence* property!

Property amenities include the largest swimming pool on Seven Mile Beach with a swim-up snack and cocktail pool bar, a whirlpool, and a separate shallow wading pool for small children. Very centrally located. Very clean and loved the private beach area. Host responded quickly. Condo big enough and laid out well for the 4 of us. Never any issues with loungers on the beach In unit washer and dryer were very helpful. Downside. Beds were horrible. Mattresses need to be changed as they have dips. No bbq on patio and bbq down by pool if you call them that are not good. Need to update some of the pots and pans. Beach even though on seven mile beach you can’t walk it as it’s blocked by rocks. Overall a good stay.

We had a great time here at Joes place! The condo has a gorgeous oceanfront view and the beach is well taken care of as well as the pool and swim up bar. I will say that it is recommended to rent a car as the resort that used to be Margaritaville is abandoned (bought by the Hyatt to be opened in 2028) so there isn’t a convenience store near by, so you will need a taxi or a rented car to get around. We had a great time and will definitely come back!

Beautiful Slice of Heaven in Grand Cayman

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Great 3 bedroom with nice kitchen and living space. Great deck with everything you need to relax and let the ocean waves lull you to sleep. If you want to enjoy Seven Mile Beach without the crazy crowds. This is your spot!!

Lovely condo with swimming cove

We loved our stay a Sunset Cove! The condo had plenty of room for 5. We loved the swimming cove, and also having the pool with a bar. The beds were super cozy and the shower was refreshing. Thanks for letting us stay!

9 nights at the Cove!

We had a wonderful 9 night stay at this unit in Sunset Cove! This large unit is very lovely and it is located directly on the water!! It is oceanfront on one of the best , chill spots on SMB! The unit was very clean and had everything you basically need. My family all loved the fantastic cove and my 3 kids loved the pool and hot tub! Many fun people from all over the world! The poolside food and staff were also a hit! Unit was clean upon arrival, and has a great big couch and table for inside and outside dining! We only used the outside table for dining, since the weather is so fabulous! The unit does need a few basic maintenance issues, yet I'm sure the owner will get on top of those things. We would love to return to this special spot! It really is a beautiful place to stay!

Amazing Place

This condo overlooks the waters of the Caribbean on 7-mile beach. The close proximity to all the important amenities (ocean/beach/pool/restaurants/shops/airport/etc) exceeds expectations. Most importantly, the host; Joe, was supper gracious allowing us early access after a long journey waiting on plane maintenance....He was awesome!

The condo does not look as bright as in photos. Lots of dark brown furniture and bedding. The complex is dowdy and run down. Much less attractive than other options nearby. Still great sunset view and smallish beach. Lots of screaming kids. Also can’t walk on beach to other properties on 7 mile beach. We paid to spend the day at Bonny Moon and Westin where beach is gorgeous. Nd food and drinks are great. Also no soap or kleenex provided and fridge water filter needed changing, torn throw pillow and bugs in bathroom light. Also no closet in master so could not hang cloths except on bathroom hooks. . Ok for price but could be so much better with a bit of attention to details. The cleaning staff were lovely and did a nice job.

Wonderful location right on the beach. Condo was clean and child friendly ( no glass table tops). Plenty of space for 5 adults and a 2 1/2 yr old. Joe the property manager was very responsive to both general questions as well as a few minor appliance issues. Sunset Cove complex has a large pool, including wading pool, sandy beach cove cleaned of rocks and protected by wall, and close to great restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Best Treasure on 7 Mile Beach!

Our family of 5 just stayed at Joe’s condo for a week on Feb 2025. This was our first trip to GC, and we felt like we struck gold. Joe was so helpful and got back to me right away. Sunset Cove is the only place on 7MB with a protected cove - perfect for a calm float or for littler swimmers. The condo itself was sublime - the space, the cleanliness, the LOCATION!! Watching the sunset from the patio or drinking Kim coffee oceanfront never got old. We had the time of our lives and cannot wait to return.

The property was just "ok"

The property is not actually on 7 Mile Beach and the photos were somewhat misleading. Only the primary bedroom had a TV (but it does not have a closet!) and none of the beds were comfortable. Our electronic devices could not be mirrored on the TV in the living room. The screen door to the patio sticks and the hammock needs to be removed or replaced as it is in terrible shape and takes up a LOT of room. The blender did not work, but the owner was very responsive in getting it replaced the next day. We could not get the toaster oven to work and my message about it to the owner went unanswered.

Perfect Vacation

We just got back from a week in this condo and we had the best time. The location is perfect and we walked to several restaurants, a liquor store, some shopping, a couple of bars, etc. This condo is beach front so the sunsets were amazing. The owner is Joe and I asked several questions before my stay and he was very responsive. I even asked if there was a stand fan in the unit just for white noise and he said there wasn't but he mush have requested someone put it there because there was a large fan in the unit when I arrived. Thanks, Joe!! The condo had everything we needed and more. We cooked breakfast every morning and the kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of cookware and serveware for that. We didn't need anything. I noticed one prior review had said they wished there were some extra blankets and there are now plenty of extra blankets in one of the closets. There are also plenty of clothes hangers which I appreciated because I usually travel with some but just didn't have room but loved that I was able to hang up all of our clothes. Beds & pillows comfortable! The private beach area was kept clean the entire week and there are plenty of lounge chairs to use. A couple of days the ocean was pretty rough but the protected swimming cove was the perfect area to get in the water. This condo had plenty of floaties available to use on the patio which is a nice bonus. The swim up bar & grill serves great food and we loved Danni & Jenny.

Family vacation

This is an excellent property for families. The holiday week has lots of kids and my kids were able to make friends. The unit is incredible, great view and has everything you need. We used the car rental option too, but mostly stuck close to home.
