Ground floor, ocean front unit in the popular complex of Sunset Cove on Seven Mile Beach. Close to everything including grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and a short walk to Georgetown. We provide all of the amenities of home in our fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo This is a family owned unit and my wife and I take great pride in sharing this beautiful condo with travelers. Dates available in April 2026.

We had an amazing trip. Larry was very communicative up front and gave us all the information. The condo was very clean and perfect for what we needed. In addition I thought it was one of the better locations in the facility. It was ground floor close to the beach so you could just walk out the balcony and be rig by at the pool or ocean. We hope to be back soon!

Another great visit

This was our second visit to this property. We had another fantastic vacation. My son loves how close this unit is to the pool. We enjoyed the chairs and umbrellas at the beach! The sunsets were amazing every night! This was another unforgettable vacation for the family.

Very Happy with our stay!

We couldn't have been more satisfied with our stay at sunset cove. The beautifil beach and ocean are literally steps away with a great view from the premisis. Pool and bar were equally convenient and nice. Accommodations were more than adequate. Owner was responsive to our needs. We even left something at the apartment and was very helpful in retrieving it. Very family friendly spot with protected ocean area and pools. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic condo and complex! Unit was on first floor, with great view and super close access to both the beach and swimming pool! Swim up bar and bartenders were great! I made many new friends while there!

Great location

Very nice condo and perfect location within the complex. While this place has a swim up bar and party feel to it, we found it to be very quiet, especially where it is located. The beach is not the greatest here but a great place to hang out and then go to Cemetary, Governors etc which is right up the road. Hit up Larry and he can give you directions to really private beaches like on the old highway. Load up a cooler, grab chairs and its paradise. Larry was great to work with. The other great part is you are so close to Georgetown, so easy to get to great dinner spots like Casanova or Grand Old House. Just a note this used to be the old Margaritaville resort and there are buildings that are empty out front and a drained pool etc but don't let that put you off, Larrys place is by the beach and not near any of that. All in all we would definitely come back!!!!

Great stay

We read the reviews before we came and felt they were accurate. We (2 adults, 12yr old, 14yr old) were all happy with the condo. Larry was a very responsive and caring owner.

GREAT CHOICE

PROPERTY IS PERFECT - especially for families with children. Beach is a protected, enclosed cove, perfect for casual dip and great for young kids... no waves even when the wind whips up. Location is close to everrything. unit is well maintained with everything you need. Very nice beach towels, etc. Its also right near beach and pool. Pool is large and has its own bar... kiddie pool area, and hot tub. can not go wrong. This is not the luxury choice, but we are usually high-end travelers, and this was perfectly fine with fantastic property owner. enjoy

Family Vacation

Everything from the pool to the beach was beautiful. The condos we rented were updated and clean. My only question/concern is why there has not been more of an effort made to clean up the entrance way and the old Margaritaville property? We have been coming to the island for years so we understand the history but to anyone who is new it's a real eyesore.

The perfect place

There is no way to explain how perfect this place is. I really dont want to get it out there because we all will be flighting for dates but this place is perfect. Larry has to be the best host we have ever had! The communication from time of booking to dealing with Hurricane Beryl's arrival just ahead of us was the best I've experienced by a host. He was very accomidating to any kinda of changes we would have to make. I am so glad that we decided to come down when we did. The condo has everything that you need. You open the patio door and you are less than 30ft from the beach. Go right out the patio and you are 50 ft from the end of the pool. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Larry's place. If you've never been to Grand Cayman this location is perfect. Less than 20 minutes to anywhere on the West End. We had a car for the week which made the island very accessible. We went to the turtle center, starfish point, and the stingray sandbar. Cant wait to come back!

Great property rain or shine!!

We stayed at this property in June 2024. This was our third trip to the Cayman Islands. We normally have stayed clear of the 7 mile beach area in the past due to it being too busy for our liking. When we found this property we decided it was time to give it a chance and we are so glad we did. The property is close to everything you need. Free parking, close to stores and the property itself is amazing. The unit sits only steps from the beach and also to the pool. The beach feels like a true resort with private protected swimming area. Plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The pool is amazing with a full swim up bar for food and drinks. The condo itself is a prime location on the property and is nicely appointed with everything you need. Unfortunately during our stay we had 3 full days of flooding rain. Even though we were stuck inside it felt like home and we were comfortable and due to the great location we were able to jump in the ocean or pool between downpours. Larry the owner is amazing and very helpful. We defiantly recomend this property to anyone. Out of our three trips this was the best property we have stayed.

Long overdue trip

We returned to the Cayman Islands after honeymooning there almost 30 years ago. We enjoyed staying in Larry‘s condo as it is steps from the beach, was clean and comfortable. There was never any trouble getting a chair or umbrella at the beach and the cove was beautiful for floating on an inflatable chair or just enjoying the view. We were able to walk to restaurants, groceries, and up 7 mile beach As the properties around our had more rocky beaches. It was very easy to communicate with with Larry and he was very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful condo and stay at Sunset Cove on 7 mile beach!

Wonderful condo, and Larry was great to work with. We highly recommend this condo and the resort community of Sunset Cove. The pictures tell the story - beautiful beach and protected swimming area, large pool with a swim up bar, all within steps of the well taken care of and appointed condo. You will love working with Larry as its apparent he wants his guests to have a fabulous vacation in GC:)

Wonderful condo and owner!

Sunset Cove is a wonderful condo with a great location. The swim up bar is 50’ away and they serve food as well. The owner Larry is very knowledgeable about the Island and very responsive and helpful. I even had a question at 9:30 pm and he responded immediately. I have stayed at 3 other condos in Cayman and will stay at Larry’s condo for now on! Highly recommended.

Family friendly gem

We had a great family vacation at Sunset Cove, which has a resort vibe. The condo was very well stocked and check in was a breeze. We liked the ground floor, it was convenient to access and very safe (the patio was never locked when we were by the pool/ocean). Larry was responsive and answered all of my questions with a personal phone call. The location was great, we were able to walk everywhere (with two teenage daughters), like the grocery store, Georgetown, Camana Bay, restaurants. Public transportation is very accessible. We used the pool and hot tub a lot. The berm kept the ocean water calm and helped retain a nice part of the beach (neighbouring properties had no beach at all). There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. It’s not right on the Iong stretch of white sand beach, but it was a relaxing, quiet vacation and I would definitely recommend this property to other families!!

Grand Cayman Time

A much needed beach vacay was on the agenda for my husband and me so we decided on Grand Cayman. We have visited a few times before by cruise but that doesn't allow for you to experience the island. After a bit of research we decided on Larry's condo at Sunset Cove. GREAT decision! Condo was literally right on the beach (a few steps from a beach chair.) It was clean and welcoming. I had a grocery and liquor delivery to the condo within an hour of our arrival. The complex had a great beach area, a huge pool with swim up bar, pretty solid food to order at the bar area and the sweetest bartenders! It has a resort vibe without the resort prices. Pretty centrally located to a lot of great restaurants and shopping. We took taxis everywhere but the public busses ran up and down the main road for pick up as well. We absolutely would not hesitate to rebook in the future and 100% recommend the stay!

Great spot for a family getaway

The condo is a great spot to stay on Grand Cayman. Very close walkable stores and restaurants as well as the swim up bar are all great. The condo was extremely well stocked with all of the kitchen stuff you will need and then some and very clean overall. The owner was great to work with and very proactive on communication which made it very easy on arrival. I would absolutely start here again.

Christmas in the Caymans!

Our family of four stayed at this condo during the Christmas holidays and had a wonderful experience. The location to the beach, pool and town was excellent - just as it was described in the listing. I greatly appreciated the personal phone call before check in from the home owner (Larry) to provide all of the details regarding our stay. In addition, he offered very helpful tips about tours and the town. For our family, we did not need a rental car when staying at this condo as everything was within walking distance or the bus route (expect you must take a taxi to and from the airport) - we enjoyed walking. The beach at Sunset Cove Condos was very nice as many of the neighboring condos beach areas were rocky and did not allow a beach entry. Special thanks to Larry for all of his help in making our Cayman Christmas a lifetime memory and wonderful experience!

Paradise in Grand Cayman

We loved this place in Grand Cayman. So peaceful and a great location right on the beach. The water was amazing and protected in the little cove. We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch a few feet away from the beach. Larry was very communicative and informative and made everything very user friendly. I do think that it is important to rent a car as it gives you the opportunity to enjoy other parts of the island. We definitely plan on staying here again. We rated this as one of our top beach vacations ever.
