We had a family reunion with 25 adults and 17 children. There was more than enough living and refrigerator space for everyone. Close to downtown Pigeon Forge. Would definitely recommend
Booked this beautiful cabin for 20 of our family and friends to help celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. When I tell you it was Perfect, it was for sure!! Everyone was comfortable, plenty of room and the views are just gorgeous! Had a visit from some bears too!
And there is also an orange tabby cat that hangs out. She is super friendly!! I named her Georgia! An amazing experience and my whole family had an amazing time!
I always struggle with reviews. What I think is bad may not bother you. So take what we say for what itâs worth to you. Ultimately, the question is would we stay here again. That answer was loud and clear from our crew, NO.
Pros:
The cabin is big. Every room has a bathroom and TV. For our family this works very well.
Living room area is good.
Kitchen is well equip. 2 stoves. 2 dishwashers. Big fridge. Big freezer. Needs a bigger sink though. Too small for that size house.
Cons:
The beds are awful. Worse than any hotel I have ever stayed in. They are noisy and worn. They need to be replaced.
Bathrooms, the majority of our party all said the same thing. They are cheap. To build such a big beautiful home and to put inserts in the bathroom is just sad.
So many minor things I would change but again my opinion.
I donât understand the electric fire place in the living room. That is just wrong.
Parking. There is plenty of space but, buyer beware the two houses on each side will take your spaces too if they have overflow.
Hearthside cabins: I would NEVER rent from a place they manage again. They were rude. We didnât get in til after 4, check in is 3:00 but she said itâs âaroundâ 3:00(?)! What? Who says that?! The place was already clean and all maintenance had already come. I was there at 2:15 (knowing I was early) and watched them leave the last cabin. But Debbie wouldnât give us time of day.
The check in process was horrible! Who doesnât do everything via email or texting now. I booked via the internet, paid via the internet, why couldnât they email us like everyone else has done for the last 10 years..... just behind.
Neighbors are too close. If you want privacy this is not the place. We could hear our neighbors every night.
We did see bear so that was fun.
