#16 Sabina - *New Kitchen* Gypsy Cottage

#16 Sabina
Very beautiful, gypsy themed tiny home cottage. Long Springs Tiny Homes has a great location in Sevierville out of the busy tourist area but close enough to enjoy. It is 15 minutes to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 min to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip.

The space
Come enjoy the gypsy camp at long springs. The caravan tiny home has a queen beed and two twin beds. It has a large soaker tub and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It has a bright colorful vide that we know you will love.
We have the units grouped with three others to encourage multiple families traveling together and also providing the opportunity for guests to meet and enjoy each other company. There is a shared charcoal grill and picnic tables close by for all to use.
Guest access
We really encourage outdoor living in the Smokies so we also have a shared charcoal grill and picnic tables close by for all to use. In the common area you will find relaxing hammocks, picnic tables, corn hole, horse shoes, fire pits and a playground. There is a local Neighborhood Walmart or Food City very close place to pick up fire wood or charcoal. To be able to fully enjoy the outdoor space during the summer months, we recommend bringing some bug spray.
Interaction with guests
We are not onsite, however you can message or call us if anything comes up during your stay and we can get you taken care of. After booking you will be given self checkin instructions and lock box code to be able to enter your home. A guest book with additional information will be located in the home.
Other things to note
We do have Pack 'n Plays available. Let us know if you need one and we can have it in the cottage.

NO SMOKING of any kind in the homes. If smoking outside make sure all doors are closed so no smoke gets in. If smoke smell is found in the home guests will be charged a $500 fee. It is incredibly hard to get the smell out for the next guest so we hope guests will respect us enough to honor this policy.

Greatest little place!!!!

We will absolutely stay here again! This place location wise to all attractions in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge could not be more convenient. There were 3 of us, including a 9 year old boy. The playground was great for him and the fire pit area was amazing for us!! The little cabin is perfect for a getaway and so peaceful in the campground itself. Love love love it. Thank you so much for the memories!

This place was so perfect for my family. We love places nestled in the forest. Very clean, comfy beds, good privacy, outdoor space to spread out, nicely decorated. Close enough to activities but far enough to get out of town and rest.

The great, private tiny cabin resort

Gypsy cabin resort was perfect. Nice and private and real close to my brothers house on the mountain. We slept like babies. I gave it at 9.9 out of 10. I will give it a 10 out of 10 when they put the laundromat in.

We loved everything about this place. We stayed in one of the Gypsy cabins. (Myself my daughter and her two girls 6&8) Only thing to warn future guests about 1) the refrigerator doesn't keep things very cold but my daughter said those types of refrigerators usually don't -- they're kind of like coolers 2) the trees near the playground had poison ivy vines very thick if you're a person that's allergic to it be careful Neither of these things hindered our fun Cabin was clean, safe and in a very fun family friendly location LOVED common area. Enjoyed campfire fun with two other families who are now friends đŸ€— Plenty of storage space and beautiful bathroom (large tub and shower were amazing) Thanks again for having us

"Birthday weekend" For Cousin from Ireland.

My Cousin, and Grandson's Mother, and myself enjoyed the spot very much. We spent most time going to spots up and down route 66. Have it posted on your welcome outline text, for those of us come in from North or West. The housing was great, clean, everything was in a comfortable, cozy location. with very nice setting, and family area. Great time and rates, will be letting family and friends know of this location. Great place to stay! Quiet and very family oriented! Nice playground area and fire pit for s’mores making after a long day of sightseeing! The cottage was clean and cute. The only con was some pee stains on the toilet. Otherwise, everything else was great and just what we wanted!

Great and simple process to secure this spot for our birthday getaway.

Anniversary getaway

Beautifully crafted tiny cabin. Close to main road. Local attraction is about 20 minutes drive not bad. We would like to visit again hopefully for a baseball tournament or birthday. Highlighly recommended.

Took a quick trip to the smokies to see snow for our daughters birthday & stayed the night in the tiny home & it was the best experience. Our kids loved it & we will be back for longer next time! Highly recommend.
