I walked in the room and roaches crawling on the wall and the beds. I went to the front desk they showed no change concern. They said room would be refunded for both days and nothing was done except for one night refunded.

Roaches crawling across the bed and all over the walls. Parking is very limited. I checked out as soon as I seen roaches within 5 minutes and the motel refuses to refund the $198 for my room

The lady who checked us in was amazing she was super sweet we she let us know the elevator was broken so she told us which stairs would be closer for us. We got to our room we was in the room approximately 30 minutes and seen bed bug crawling across the bed i immediately called the front desk i took a picture of it but i also took all the blankets and contained it it wasn’t a baby it was a full size one she had never seen one and let me know she had only ever seen roaches there prior but she took a picture of my picture to show management because i told her i just wanted refunded and to stay elsewhere because if rooms around that room were not treated then other rooms could also be affected and i’m allergic and break out in hives from their bites she told me she took the picture in words she couldn’t really say because management do not listen to their employees and think they are lying. She was unsure if they would refund me for the night of my stay which they did not i’m very disappointed because i’m out money for something that wasn’t my fault

Roach infested Hotel!!!

This was an extremely dirty hotel. It was infested with roaches and upon checking in within 5 to 10 minutes bugs crawling from behind the television and on the wall walls, My Son set his food on the table and with in minutes he saw a roach climbing across his tacos. My daughter and her friend sit on the bed and had bits on the legs. I notified the staff of the infestation and what she said it wasn’t the first she had heard of. I was not given a refund for tonight. Stay of 320 dollars and will be taking legal action. Hotels.com knowing of the issue and me not staying there also refused to reimburse my money. I would not suggest this side either sending people to establishment like this.

I went with Baymont because of being connected to Wyndham. Oh how disappointed I was. I video the room because of i didnt want to be extra charged for the condition of the room. I got a king size room with jacuzzi tub. Didnt use the tub because I was afraid, i get someone ajax wouldn't get off. Tv, microwave, nor fridge didnt work. Plug ins didnt even charge my phone. The overall condition felt nasty.

What a mistake! Portrayed as Baymont Hotel,reality Baymont branded.Cant believe Baymont would associate their name w/such low quality.Told 2 take our own trash 2 dumpster by housekeep 1st morning;limited brkfast - few cups yogurt,stale cereal & bread 4 toast 1st morn-dislike waffles cant comment on batter,if any avail,didnt return 4 brkfast. 3rd fl rm-instructed 2 elevator.Hesitated elevator looked from a horror movie.Shwer inconsistent temp,lukewarm,best.bthrm walls drty,bthrom flr drty.Requested lower flr rm 4 hlth issues & w/ elevator rm was a distance. wait in office few mins b4 staf came 2 ask 4 diff rm,she hesitated & would call rm(no phone in rm)when 1 avail,then fnd 1.2nd rm grnd lvl,bug in bthtub,smell musty-old & dirty-trouble breathing & worse 4 me w/heart &lung issues,coffeemaker lid both rms broken,pkg soap ws open.Soap/shamp/cond jugs in shwer mt,dirty.Beam outside grnd flr rm broken held w/wood strips &thin metal straps.1day water was off approx 4 hrs 4 construction,were not notified-went 2 office 4 concern,told wouldnt b long.Construction crew said planned pipe update-expected rm 2 b mt.Shwer cold/luke-warm,made it difficult/uncomfortable.Return rm key, staf yelled frm upper lvl 2 leave key on counter.Best,other than locality: firepit&pool.Beds uncomfortable;woke w/extreme sore backs;curtains were held 2gether w/safety pins both rms.Ice machine was mt,couldnt find supposed lndry rm,when inquired, waited in office 10 minutes no1 came. DONT recommend&Wont return

The property is older but the rooms look like they have been renovated and are very nice and clean. The employees were nice and helpful. The trolley stops in front of motel which makes it convenient to go downtown. Would recommend and would stay again.
