Excellent year round mountain views in a very clean, beautifully decorated, and well maintained cabin. Great for a romantic getaway with mountain views from the hot tub. Internet, cable tv, flat screen tv's, fire place, and a fully equipped kitchen on a quiet cul-du-sac. Just minutes from all that Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge have to offer. The host responded promptly to my concern; however, never followed through with resolving the issue. We pulled the covers back on the bed and noticed splotches of stains all over the sheets. I messaged the host and she called me and stated she has an incredible house cleaner that there was no way the sheets weren’t clean. She then texts me and says that the house cleaner said that it is fabric softener and she should have retired that set of sheets. She stated she would come bring some more sheets and asked me what time worked best for the next day. I stated that they could come whenever.

This cabin is very nice and is in a very elevated, what I would call secluded , location. Very cozy. Perfect for a couple looking for a quiet get away. Super nice deck with overlook. Nice outdoor furniture too. Loved the indoor hot tub. Everything was just as described in the listing. Check in was super easy! Communication was great. There is very limited , tight parking on this road. We were able to driving in and park in our extended truck but a larger vehicle would have to possibly back down to main road? We saw a couple of service trucks (gas and construction) that had to back down. Saw some negative comments about the bed but we loved the memory foam mattress and slept great. I think this would definitely be a property we would return to in the future.

Too close to enjoy

It's a pretty view and the house was decorated nicely and appliances worked and the shower was good but it's not a very easy area to get vehicles turned around and no grass. Houses on top of each other and that was no fun. We had to drive through a construction site which could've been picked up better, debris was out in the road. I felt a little claustrophobic. The house had too many windows letting light in during the early morning so sleeping in was out the door. Very noisy and loud hot tub that did not shut off unless we turned the breaker off. The manager did contact us back about that but it did it again the second night so we just left the breaker turned off until we left. We were not able to use the fireplace and it was cold at nights and in the mornings. We love the mountains but this is not a way to enjoy the mountains.
