Welcome to your Smoky Mountains getaway! This 3-bedroom + loft cabin sleeps up to 9 and puts you a short drive from Sevierville City Park and area attractions.



The Space:

Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly cabin designed for easy mountain living. With three private king bedrooms, a cozy loft, and 2.5 baths, there’s room for the whole crew to relax between adventures.

The main living area offers space to gather, with a full-size sleeper sofa for extra flexibility and a fireplace available seasonally. Head to the game room for friendly competition at the pool table and foosball table, or step outside to unwind in the hot tub. The backyard area features a fire pit and BBQ grill for evenings under the stars.



When it’s time to turn in, the loft is a fun spot for kids with a twin-over-full bunk and smart TV. Practical touches like a laptop-friendly workspace and in-home washer/dryer make longer stays easy.

• Washer/Dryer: A washer and dryer are available in the home.

• Pet Policy: No pets are allowed at this home. Thank you for understanding. Evidence of pets may result in additional cleaning fees.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

• Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. No additional parking beyond what’s described.

Great house! Went with our adult children, their spouses, and our older teen. Easy to get in and out of the neighborhood, good location for Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. House was clean. Game room and movie room were great. We had an amazing trip!Warning is that you can hear just about everything from room to room on first and second floor. If someone upstairs wakes up and walks around, you’ll hear it. Not so much a complaint but just good information. Didn’t bother us so much, it worked fine.

This cabin exceeded our expectations for a Thanksgiving getaway with our family. The location was perfect for being away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough for an easy drive to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time together and would love to return in the future. The management team was also incredibly helpful after we left when we needed to return to the cabin to retrieve a forgotten item. We were so appreciative of their quick and kind communication. Highly recommend this cabin for families!

It was a beautiful property. We were expecting it to be a secluded cabin, so we were a little surprised that it was in a neighborhood. All in all, it was the perfect place for our extended weekend away. We were able to cook a great breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen, played a few games of pool and air hockey, watched a little football, and enjoyed the hot tub. We loved our stay and would recommend it to others!

Very comfortable stay!

We are a family of 5 (including 3 older teens) and everyone loved the property. There was lots to do right at the house to keep the kids entertained. All the beds, linens etc were very comfortable. We appreciated the extra pillows and blankets available to use. The kitchen is fully stocked to make any meal. The movie room was fun as well and there were lots of movies to choose from. We were close to the shops in Townsend and close to the park entrance for hikes. Overall a very comfortable house for a relaxing vacation. thanks!

Home away from home

This property was perfectly suited for my family party of 9. The property looks just like the pictures. The downstairs is the place for the entertainment and fun while the top two layers are for cooking and sleeping. The outdoor fire pit made for the perfect space to laugh and have s'mores and we enjoyed multiple visits to the hot tub and had brunch on the porch. The kitchen was fully stocked with EVERYTHING you can think you need to make staying inside and cooking so easy. We had an air fryer, bakeware, cake pans, coffee and Keurig, toaster, tons of pots and pans of all sizes, dishes, utensils, seasonings, dish for turkey or ham, Ninja, crockpot, griddle you name it, it was THERE! Our host Pam was amazing with quickly responding to our minor needs during our stay. When she had to stop by she even took the time to entertain my nephew who was excited to show her around the property lol. Oh and before I forget, the property had tons of space for parking. Loved the lot it was on. So beautiful.

Cozy cabin

We enjoyed our week at the cabin. There was a lot to occupy everyone (pool table, theater, foosball, airhockey, arcade games, hot tub). It was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Loved the firepit. The cabin was about 25 minutes from everything so was peaceful after a busy day.

The cabin was wonderful! It had plenty of amenities to keep the children entertained when we were not out enjoying the area attractions. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and easily accessed without traveling over any mountain roads yet minutes from the Parkway.

AMAZING

This cabin from absolutely amazing for our family trip. We were a group from 8-86 in age and the lay out was perfect. The cabin was clean and was just as described in the listing. The kids loved the lower level with the game room and movie theater. The adults loved the hot tub and beautiful view off the wrap around deck.

This cabin was great for our family with small children. They had a great time in the basement with all the games and movie room. The cabin was spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything in it that we needed. We LOVED the wrap-around porch!

The cabin was exactly what we expected and more. My kids absolutely loved the basement and had movie nights every night in the theatre room following a soak in the hot tub, of course, which proved invaluable after a long hike in the mountains. I would definitely recommend this rental for any occasion.

LOVE this cabin!
