Time to slow down, reconnect, restore and explore. Come home to Moon-A-Chalet to enjoy a romantic getaway, a peaceful retreat or a wanderlust fulfillment. Minutes from the quaint mountain towns of Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Gatlinburg, and the many trails the Smoky Mountain ridge offers, this chalet is perfectly situated to provide parties of two, or four. The space
Upon arriving at Sunshine Chalet you’ll notice, that the minimalist aesthetic with neutral tones creates an elegant yet cozy feel. Luxury mattresses and linens throughout the chalet and natural light refines and highlights the house in the forest experience. Peer through the expansive windows to immerse yourself in the pine, oaks and fern forest. Cuddle up by the fire pit while seeking the next adventure. Relax, revitalize, and pamper yourselves while enjoying soothing and private views all while being perched in the trees and surrounded by nature.

• Hanging Chaise lounge, sofa, and blankets for afternoon naps or fireside chill.


KITCHEN & DINING NOOK
• Graciously stocked kitchen ready to prepare any meal or snack.
• Stocked with basic oils and spices.
• Dishwasher and Drying rack for dishes.
• Keurig K Duo coffee maker, Nespresso, and tea kettle available with K Cups and limited tea bags provided.
• Dining table is perfect for a morning breakfast or intimate evening dinner.
• Cleaning supplies provided under the sink.

BATH
• Premium shampoo, and body wash provided.
• Luxury robes are available for those, just quiet afternoons.

OFFICE
• A quiet separate space to catch up on any call needs to ensure you can stay longer!
• Also equipped with a built-in wardrobe for ease in unpacking and enjoying your brief or extended stay.

Top floor
• Ascend to this cozy nook to relax on a king bed with a brand new mattress (March ’23) enjoy the surroundings and read a book.
• Yoga mats and blocks provided for a restoring yoga session. Feel free to take them out on the porch for an immersive experience!

Ground floor BEDROOM
• Climb into the quaint bedroom as you escape to enjoy the luxury mattress for a restful night all while listening to the forest sounds

LAUNDRY
• A full-size washer and dryer are located inside. Limited detergent pods are provided.

OUTDOORS
• Private porch for dining and afternoon reading with gas grill
• Double rockers and chaise lounges.
• Once the work is over (on or off the slopes, hiking, or sightseeing) relax by the fire pit
• A wraparound porch creates outdoor spaces to share a morning cup of
coffee or a cocktail while the sunset colors surround you. Soak up the
sun, the stars, and the fresh mountain air in one of the many lounging spaces.
• Weber propane grill available for all of your grilling-inspired meals!
Guest access
Guests self-check in with an electronic key access into the chalet. Cabin is located near 4 glamping tents with plenty of space in between, all super private and a good short hike away. Occasionally you may run into glampers as you leave the grounds.

WINTER DRIVING & PARKING
The road leading to the private entrance is paved and easily accessible. The private driveway is gravel and the entry area is flat and easily navigable. The road coming to the home is not steep.. Google maps takes you right to the entrance.
Other things to note
PRIVACY
Sunshine Chalet is in a small quiet acreage of land, only ones around are 4 glamping tents which you can also rent for your friends or family, these are separate from this property with trees and fences in between. Tents are not visible from the chalet. No loud music and please observe quiet hours from 10:00pm to 7:00am.

SECURITY CAMERA
To ensure you arrive and depart safely, there is a security camera located out front pointing towards parking. This only monitors the driveway activity and walkway to the chalet.
