Welcome to Dancing Bears 3 (Bear Tracks), a quaint and cozy cabin with beautiful views nestled in a woodsy, country setting. The cabin's location is minutes from all the main attractions and places you came for, including Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. This cabin has been completely renovated offering brand new Hot tub, furniture, appliances, granite counter tops, washer and dryer, on-site parking, Wifi and a beautiful secluded view! Beautiful open floor plan connecting the kitchen and living room area with gas fireplace. It has a brand new sofa and recliner, big screen TV with DVD player and a collection of classic movies to explore! The area allows an easy flow where the custom made dining room table and chairs sit 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, granite countertops, cookware and table ware, making meal preparation easy. The main floor consists of kitchen, living room, bedroom w/ brand new Queen size bed and mattress. Completely renovated cabin including bathrooms and floors. Upstairs loft has a 2nd brand new Queen size bed and mattress with 1/2 bathroom for extra convenience. Please remember you are in the mountains and this property is located in a valley. You may see and hear Critters of all kinds including bears. Please be aware that last minute bookings (day of) may or may not be able to be accommodated. We will do our best to make sure the cabin is ready and set for you to stay but in rare circumstances out of our control, there may be complications and the cabin may not be available. These situations will be discussed and handled as bookings occur. We will do our best to make sure you have a place for the evening! Thank you for your cooperation and understanding with these matters.
Two cabins on same property. This cabin is located in front of one identical cabin to the back. A great convenience for larger parties to come and enjoy while also having enough space for every one to be comfortable. Patio offers complete privacy facing away from cabin behind. You can see the properties in the pictures for a better understanding.Property is on a slight hill made of stones.

Road has been updated as of May 2023. Photos posted in listing. Property is on a slight hill made of stones. Property is accessible with most vehicles, 4 wheel drive is not required. Road has been redone and much easier to drive on, pictures in photo. Have had no issues in some cars making it. Motorcycles will have an issue with accessing the cabin.

It was great the cabin itself was completely updated and clean. The hot tub was amazing ready to go for us when we got there. Close to every attraction you would ever want to visit. We liked it so much we canceled all plans and just stayed at the cabin.

Great cabin for two or four people. Clean and up to date looks practically new on the inside and out. Would purchase if we had the cash. Road to cabin needs some attention because of wash outs. Almost need a four wheel drive to access cabin. Would stay there again.

Anniversary get away

Cabin was wonderful. Great communication with owners however the driveway was awful. Not recommended for motorcycles. The people who live in the cabin at the bottom of the hill let us park our bikes in his driveway.

Aweful if I could have gotten my money back I would NOT have stayed here.

When we arrived the place was dirty. Jacuzzi had hair and dirt in it, toilet had dried urine on the seat, kitchen counter had something sticky all over it, and the shower had hair all in the bottom. I called and was assured the place had been cleaned. The shower was zip tied so it would work and the driveway wash washed out.

Was nice and quiet. Had a little bit of a hard time finding it. GPS said we were there but couldn't find it. Drive was pretty rocky but overall was nice.

Awesome little cabin!

We loved this little cabin! We rented this cabin for our short honeymoon and it was great! The only issue we had was that we couldn't figure out the fireplace, but we spent day one at Dollywood for about all.day so we didn't really mind. This cabin was the perfect little getaway for us and loved that it was.not in a huge cabin resort.

Comfy, cozy, cabin trip!

We loved staying here and did not want to leave! We had a wonderful trip and wished we had more time just enjoying our cabin but we’re very busy annoying Dollywood and other attractions. It was so close to everything we wanted to do and yet so far away it was perfect for our trip! We enjoyed the hot in every night and looking out at the moon through the trees. It felt very private. The only thing that was difficult was the small stretch of road right before the driveway. I do not have a truck and it was in pretty bad shape, but I figured a way to get over it. Very clean great appliances. We would definitely stay here again.

Cabin retreat in the woods

Nice cabin. Looked like online pictures. Had a few problems but notified my contact person and she was aware of the issues. Wish the road to the cabin had been in better condition. Very quiet area that is close to many activities. Would recommend this cabin to family with children more so than 2 couples. Loft bedroom doesn’t have any privacy.

The cabin was so nice and clean, it’s a perfect cabin for a couple get away or small family. The only problem was we were disappointed that the fire place didn’t work, but would absolutely go back! We loved it!

Great Location

Location is great, cabin is great. Now, if you want a weekend "unconnected" this is perfect, Close enough to everything you want. Only a couple things I would suggest: Verizon has nil service, wifi is spoty at best (could only get one channel to stream, take your own movies as they are limited) no Kurig (although is was kinda nice to make my own coffee). And fireplace said unactive May 1 to OCT 1, it was not active on 10-29. Great time, clean and nice, close to Dollywood and surrounding activities. Would return.

Everything was perfect for what we needed. The cabin was clean and cozy and the hosts were quick to answer any questions we had. If we’re ever back in Gatlinburg, we’d definitely book again.

Great Cabin

The cabin was very clean. Check in process was very easy. The hot tub was great! We didn’t experience any issues during our stay. The drive to the cabin had some rough spots, but there was a pretty hard rain right before our stay so it may have washed out a little. It wasn’t an issue for us. We would definitely stay again!

Before I even booked this property, I had messaged the manager about the internet because it was essential to me that I had fast and reliable internet for a college exam. The manager replied to me that their internet is “top of the line, 500 gig!”. We had troubles with the internet connection immediately upon arrival and it was very unreliable the entire stay. Normally I would not care about internet but it was imperative for me on this trip and I felt like we were let down. Furthermore, we were unable to start the indoor fireplace so we contacted the manager to find out that the remote is missing and it won’t start without it. I also would like to note that the driveway is sketchy, and I would recommend 4 wheel drive or an SUV. Other than that the cabin was relatively nice and updated.

Cabin is close enough to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge to get their easily and far enough away that you feel secluded. Would definitely recommend.
