Welcome to The Grey Darling in Sevierville, TN

Our cabin provides a great space for your family and friends to conveniently hang out in the Smokey's with easy access to Dollywood and many attractions with less traffic since you are off Veterans Boulevard avoiding the strip when you want to, but with easy access to it. So many great amenities await your group:

★ Close to Dollywood
★ Dedicated parking for 3-4 cars
★ Arcade Game/ Air Hockey
★ 12-mile drive to Gatlinburg/ 14 miles to GSMNP
★ Washer and Dryer
★ New Fully Equipped Kitchen with granite countertops
★ Bedrooms with ceiling fans
★ Close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment
★ Each level has a king en suite
★ Sleeps up to 14, 3 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, 1 bedroom with full over full bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
★ Up to 2 dogs allowed for $90 pet fee each no more than 30 pounds each.
★ No Smoking indoors

Guest access
Access via door code will be given a few days before check-in. The entire cabin will be yours.

★ PRIVATE PARKING:
Parking for 3-4 cars

★ ENTRY:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code. Check-in anytime after 4 pm / Check out is no later than 10 am ET

★ INTERNET/CABLE:

Smart TVs in each bedroom and in the living room.

★ BEDROOMS:
There are 5 bedrooms with a king master en-suite on the main floor. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms--2 king bedrooms- 1 ensuite, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom/game room with a full over full bunk. The living room also has a queen sleeper to sleep 14 total.

★ KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, drip/pod Keurig coffee maker.

★ LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron

★ AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

★ TRASH:
Please place all trash in trash bags. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick-ups. If trash will no longer fit into the bins, please reach out so that we can try to coordinate a trash pick-up with our cleaners.

In addition, you can use a trash drop off convenience center, the closest location is
447 Tiger Drive Pigeon Forge, it's about a 10-minute drive.

A few things like paper towels no pot holders not a big deal the biggest thing was it was billed as a sleeping 14... No way ...no now. We were a senior citizen group of 9 we were ok sleeping but the living area and kitchen would of never supported 14 nor would the sleeping area...I missed the part where this was a resort area..and I thought we would have an outdoor seating area not a bench on a tiny porch...we had a wonderful time but certainly not the greatest for senior citizens o..oh I had called the number concerning the steps because i didn't realize there were so many he was totally worthless ... again we had a great time. I'm sure some of it was on me for not researching enough ...Thanks Sassy Classy Seniors

Great stay at The Grey Darling

Our family had a wonderful stay at The Grey Darling! The cabin accommodated our family of six perfectly. The cabin was just as described. It was nicely furnished and decorated, clean, spacious, and had an adequately stocked kitchen. It was also located in a great location with easy access to local attractions, shopping and dining. Neil, our host, was easy to communicate with, and quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend a stay at The Grey Darling to anyone who is looking to come enjoy the area and all it has to offer.

Great Cabin

This is the second time staying in this neighborhood. Its not high up in the mountains, its close to all attractions, and very quiet. We will be back here again next year!

Good location, close to lots!

Had a great check in and stay. Locations great and house was clean. We did have to work around two bathrooms due to one being repaired. We had 9 people so this made it a little tight. Also had issues with ice maker not producing ice but it was promptly fixed. Over all a good stay!

Great location for activities

We enjoyed our stay in this home! Our family wanted to fit in many of the activities that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg had to offer, and this was a great central location to make it happen. Everything was clean and we were comfortable and felt right at home!

Veterans Blvd Cabin

My family and I stayed in this lovely cabin for 7 days in February. We a had a great time. The cabins location was perfect and very quiet. The rooms are very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The cabin is exactly as described in the listing. And of course, our kids loved the game room. We look forward to visiting again.

We loved the location of the property. It was so close to everything, but wasn’t right in the center of town. The rooms were spacious and accommodated our family. The kids loved the play area in the bunk bed room. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect Fall Getaway

We spent our annual anniversary vacation here with our daughters (2 and 8 months) and had the best time making memories in this cabin!
