Decent at best. Here’s some things I noticed. Air hockey table legs are folding over, half lit Christmas tree, extremely dirty bay windows, while this can be minor and overlooked.. the window seals/trim inside had bird poo(on both of them). The fans are caked in a good amount of dust. The antler hanging light is missing bulbs/some bulbs don’t work… cob webs hanging across the other ones. On your way up the steps you’ll notice plenty of dirt/dust in the stair treads. The kitchen floor apparently had some kind of damage but patched with plywood & painters tape, beings the tape was wearing off I’d assume it’s been that way for some time. The coffee maker doesn’t work. One of the kitchen chairs is missing screws and very wobbly. A baby cockroach crawled across the floor on our first day there. Hottub worked as it should, but couldn’t be more ancient with minimal jetting power. The pull out couch requires a team effort to get it to go back in(junk). The spring shot off of the back door and hit me on my leg. The fireplace/heater doesn’t work at all. Ice dispenser doesn’t dispense ice.. I may be forgetting some things, I grabbed a few photos while I was there of some things. All in all, we had a great vacation, the cabin was our biggest headache. I don’t know that I’d rent from Cabins For You again if this is their standard. Thanks, I hope this helps the company or potential renter.

Beautiful time we had as a family! Our stay was perfect! The hot tub was amazing to have. Kitchen was beautiful. Upstairs for the children was perfect for during the day. lol otherwise you can hear every ball drop and step. The washer needs to be cleaned, the rubber seal is terribly gross. The community pool was great but didn’t really see anyone come and clean it daily. Smelled like sunscreen. It was so beautiful having the waterfall. Hard not having a manger office on duty. A little store would be nice to have on site. Overall stay was great!

Cabins for You is definitely not a place to stay. We had terrific service until as we were driving toward our stay they messaged that the cabin I had reserved (5 months ago) wasn’t available. They gave 2 alternate choices that didn’t have enough beds for our group and then a third choice after I complained. This one had beds but no amenities that we were originally looking for. The cabin itself was stripped of everything you typically find in a vbro except for toilet paper. They even expected us to provide our own propane for the grill (“company policy”). We use Vrbo A LOT and this is the only poor review I have ever given. Would not recommend any property from Cabins For You.

Vacation stay

The stay was to be expected however 6 days following the trip the cabins 4 you company charged me an additional 550 due to "damage to the pool table". During our stay, the pool table cover was never removed. I have contacted the company and despite my attempts to state that the damage was not done on our part, they simply stated that I had to dispute it with my bank. I have requested pictures of the pool table prior to our stay and no one will return my request. No family should be taken advantage of and I will see to it that this company will not.

Family stay

I don't know how 9 people could stay in there as advertized. The bathroom in both bedrooms were not enough. My son (43 years old) was in one room, his daughter - my grandaughter and 2 small greatgrandkids in the other bedroom. I slept up staires on the bunk bed (which wasn't bad) .but, I didn’t have a batheoom.which was very haed at night or mor i g . Very nice cabin for a couple people, NOT 9.the couch beds mayby for small kids.

Cozy lodge

The cabin we stayed in was perfect in that it wasn’t right on top of the other cabins. Everything worked as it should. It was awesome and a pretty easy access to Pigeon Forge. Would definitely stay here again. Only issue was missing the email that had the gate code. Once I was able to get a hold of the office it was an easy fix.

Nice stay

The cabin is cute. The kids loved the game area. If you like hard mattresses then this is the cabin for you! They are definitely hard lol. There were dead bugs along the bedroom wall. Other than that everything appeared clean. The location of the cabin is great too

Amazing cabin in Sevierville. Easy to get to. Not as close to the island or the strip as I thought it would've been. Easy check in and check out process. Both bathrooms are in the bedrooms, which is a little inconvenient. Very clean and well stocked. Living room area a bit small with no enough seating. I would definitely stay here again

Awesome find!!

We had a wonderful week at the Enchanted Forest cabin! It was a great location to be away from all the “touristy stuff!” The description and pictures provided were accurate. The game room area in the loft was fun! Some things we feel could be improved on were having fitted sheets that actually fit the mattresses as it was annoying when they’d pop off the corners and a better stocked kitchen as we did a lot of meal prep at the cabin. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.
