A Bears Haven is the perfect getaway, being just minutes from the Pigeon Forge area attractions, all the shopping you would want to do, and close to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. This beautiful cabin offers 3 bedrooms, a home theater, a game room, wrap-around covered decks with a hot tub, and a fire pit!

The paved, flat driveway can comfortably accommodate 3 cars and motorcycles.

Entering the cabin, you will find a bedroom on the right with a queen bed, a large flat-screen HDTV, a dresser, and a closet. Across the hall is a full bathroom with a tub/shower. As you walk down the hall, you will find an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with a bar counter and a dining area with ample seating. The living room features comfortable leather furniture, including a sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen HDTV, a cable package with 100+ channels, including ESPN, and Wi-Fi. Doors from the dining and living areas open to the wraparound deck, which features ample seating and a hot tub.

Upstairs, you will find a master bedroom with a king bed, a large flat-screen HDTV, and a full bathroom.

The lower level is all about the fun, starting with a home theater, game room, and access to the spacious deck. The theater room features a sleeper sofa, cinema-style seating, and a 60 Inch flat-screen HDTV. The game room offers a pool table, an arcade, and a pub table. For added convenience, there is also a closet with a stackable washer and dryer.

The spacious bedroom features a Queen Bunk, a large flat-screen HDTV, and a full bathroom. There is also an additional flat-screen for use with any gaming systems or streaming devices you bring.

Enjoy a cookout on the charcoal BBQ grill or gather around the nearby fire pit while listening to the sounds of nature.

Great stay! Only complaint was that it was extremely cold in the downstairs bedroom even when using the provided heater fan and the place could’ve used a good dusting. Definitely would stay there again.

The cabin was just perfect for us. We were just 3 old guys (62) getting together to reminisce. We each had our own bed and bathroom (very nice), and we shot pool, watched some videos, and shared a few drinks and conversation. Priceless. We spent most of the time out on the deck laughing and catching up. I hope we can return to this very cabin one day in the near future. Thanks!!

Attentive host that responds promptly! Cozy atmosphere with fireplace and Christmas Tree! The cabin appears older and with more wear and tear than in pictures but that didn’t affect our stay. The floors could have been cleaner but I can overlook that as well. We had great space for extended family. The hot tub got warm fast. Location was convenient. We would stay again!

The place needs a serious deep cleaning. There is dirt/dust everywhere you look. Possibly a mop that is not filled with the smell of mildew . The floors were filthy and the pans and pots were also, although the glassware clean . The space was adequate for our needs.

The location is great to all the things Pigeon Forge! The drive is easy and the cabin is exactly as described. Our teen loved the pool table in the basement and all the kids loved the video games. Super easy to communicate with the owner. Would love to stay here again!

Great Cabin, Great Location, Fun Weekend!

Our family stayed at Bear Haven for a long weekend trip to Dollywood. We loved the cabin and had a great time. The cabin was close to everything we wanted to do and was an easy drive to and from town. We had 6 adults and 2 children (4 & 6) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The downstairs activity room was a huge hit with the pool table and the arcade game! The hot tub was a favorite as well. We really enjoyed out stay.

Great cabin and location

Everything was great. Would suggest lighting in the driveway, hard to see out there at dark and the basement stairs are slick, really needs some no slip pad things on them, had a few mishaps going down. 😂 overall highly recommend this cabin. Great location, close to everything.

Great weekend

Very nice cabin, just as described. No issues with property. Good communication throughout. Easy drive to town with paved roads and no major hills to deal with but still felt like you were in the woods!

Best trip ever!

Let me just say this was probably the best vacation we've ever had. The people at Bear Tracts were really amazing. The whole process was very well thought out and just really easy for us to navigate through. Oh, and the cabin was everything that the pictures portrayed it to be. Plenty of room to spread out and had some nice amenities. We will definitely be staying again. Awesome trip!

The inside of the cabin was fine. I thought we would have a view, no, no view The only thing one could see was trees five feet away blocking any view possible. The outside porch was in desperate need of a power wash. The pictures were deceptive for the view. We had trouble operating the temperatures on the jacuzzi.
