📄 Rental Agreement: After booking, you’ll receive a short rental agreement and point-of-contact form to e-sign for liability purposes
• Security Deposit: There is a $200 security deposit HOLD (not a charge) placed on your credit card on file 3 days before you arrive. It's auto released 3 days after you depart,
• Safety: Equipped with pool alarm, smoke and CO detectors, and fire extinguisher.
• Rental Age Policy: Family groups only, ages 21+.
• Pets: Two dogs max with prior approval and $200 pet fee per dog.
• Policies: No smoking, vaping, parties, or events.
• Quiet Hours: 11 PM – 8 AM; please keep outdoor noise to a minimum.
• Max Occupancy: 10 guests total. No subletting or reassigning allowed.
• Starter Supplies: Toiletries, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher pods provided.
• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 3 cars. No RVs or trailers permitted.
• Cell Service: Due to the mountain location, reception may occasionally be spotty.

Arrival & Departure Policies
To keep the home in pristine condition, please note:
• Check-in Time: 4 PM
• Check-out Time: 10 AM

Flexible Options (Subject to Availability):
• Early Check-in (2:00 PM) — $50 fee (request 24 hrs in advance). Fully refunded if home is not ready by 2 PM.
• Late Check-out (11:00 AM) — $50 fee for one extra hour of vacation.
