It had potential but fell REALLY short.

Check in 4pm. Finally-6:30pm I was able to reach the owner after 3msgs, 2calls & calling the ER # who told me there was an error. They called another cleaner and we finally got into the house at 9:45pm. Needless to say, there was no welcome basket and not restocked (5 coffee pods total). Trash was overflowing outside & the hot tub was green & smelled like a pond. I told them we didn't have enough towels & was assured we would get more. We got back that night and there was toilet paper and paper towels, but no bath towels. Owner told me I should do laundry. Really?! We decided we had to, however, there was only an empty detergent bottle. Family of 6, for 4 days had 6 small/thin (not luxurious as advertised) towels, 3 standard hand towels, and 7 wash clothes. 3 new/unwashed towels arrived day 3 of 4 and we couldn't wash them. I asked the morning of day 2 for ice or ice trays. Day 3 of 4, we got ice trays. Hot tub was cleaned day 2, (as a hot tub owner-no way we were getting in it for at least 24 hours after that cleaning.) Toiletries are advertised - my advice BRING YOUR OWN. They had watered down already cheap brands. The sheets/ beds were nicest part. They refunded 1 night and 1st meal. We still sorely overpaid. Only reason we didn't leave-we could not get a hotel. I only wish I could attach pics. I expect owner to dispute this based on other replies to lower reviews. My advice, take heed. Low reviews are 99% accurate. We do not recommend this property.

Pictures are deceiving. Not close to pool or lake. Pool table not full size. But cabin clean and well stocked. Private. Stay was awesome. Oh except for one ply toilet paper? Ugh

Very nice cabin, Clean, but fireplace would not ignite after first night, and heat would not run continually, Had to keep Turing it on, other than those things, this place was as advertised. I recommend highly.

Definitely recommend!

Spent the weekend at the cabin with my spouse and closest friends for my birthday. We had an absolute blast! The host left me a birthday card which was so nice! The cabin was clean, there were complimentary toiletries which was unexpected. They had a smart tv which was very convenient & board games to enjoy. The only downfall is that we wished the hot tub was bigger, & had slightly more privacy. But overall it was amazing!

Great view, beautiful cabin!

We loved this place! Property is pretty secluded but neighbors aren't too far! Beautiful views! Beautiful cabin! Check in was super easy and we had a great time!! Only small issue we had is the fireplace ran out of gas, but there is central heat! Only a few minutes from dollar general and other convenient stores and grocery stores! Overall we had a great time!!

Comfortable getaway

An effortless check-in, along with a clean cabin and warmed-up hot tub made our arrival that much more enjoyable. The accommodations were extremely comfortable, but the wrap around porch made us want to stay outside!

Everything was very nice the only issue we had was while trying to cook the front left burner did not work and I do not believe that the under liners that you have for the burners are the right ones because none of the burners sit level other than that it was wonderful

The cabin was great! It was easy to communicate with the owner of the cabin if needed. The cabin was clean and well organized and felt very much at home. It is a very quiet neighborhood and all the neighbors were very nice, I recommend this cabin 100%.

Nice cabin

Fit our needs. Cannot see the lake from the cabin, but that was ok. A little far to drive, but we were looking for a bit of seclusion. Cooked breakfast several mornings. Kitchen had everything we needed. Overall a nice cabin and quiet setting.

We loved our stay near Gatlinburg

We had three couples, aged 59-65, and all loved our cabin. There was enough room for the six of us, the place was clean, the kitchen was well equipped. We spent a lot of time sitting on the back deck and enjoying the beautiful sunset and night sky. We used both the gas grill and hot tub and they were in fine working order. We highly recommend this place.

Girls week away

We enjoyed our stay at this 3 br cabin . The owner was very responsive to our questions and concern with the living room TV. He came by to look at the problem and figured out it was the remote itself . He brought back a new Direct TV remote in 2 days even when we told him he did not have to do that. The TVs worked fine in the bedrooms on lower level . We had enough dishes and cookware to use when preparing our breakfasts and dinners. Most tourist attractions were about 30 mins away but we liked that. Very peaceful

Very relaxing stay

Wonderful cabin! We truly enjoyed our time in the Fox’s cabin. Great flow & very peaceful. As a family we enjoyed relaxing on the back deck watching the sunset & soaking in the hot tub.
