It includes a fully stocked kitchen with an array of spices, airfryer, crockpot, toaster, blender, complimentary coffee & tea bar & more. Our dining table is always set to seat 6. Enjoy the open concept space including more seating in the living room area where you'll find our gas fireplace & Roku TV (BYO passwords for streaming) for a warm, cozy night. If you find yourself getting sleepy, the sofa turns into a full size bed. On this level you'll also find our beautifully designed master bedroom with a King size bed & attached bathroom which includes a tub/shower combo. The bathroom is also accessible from the living room.

On this level you'll also find our 2nd story covered deck which houses the hot tub, a rocking bench & gas firepit. For those looking to soak indoors, you'll find a jacuzzi in the open style loft which includes a half bath & Queen size bed.

Ready for family fun? Head down to the game room where you will find a 7ft pool table, arcade games, a giant wall Connect 4 game, many board games, Movie area with a 70 " Roku TV (BYO passwords for streaming) with access to a PlayStation 4, theater seats, bean bags, popcorn & hotdog machine and a small beverage refrigerator. On this level you will also find the 2nd full bathroom which includes a stand up shower, the 2nd private bedroom with a Queen size bed & Roku TV (BYO passwords for streaming) & the first story covered deck designed for lounging with a swinging bench & rocking chairs.

We provide towels, hand soap, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer pods, laundry detergent, trash can liners, travel size shampoo/conditioner, & complimentary coffee & tea. Think of these amenities as a "starter kit", we HIGHLY recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay.

While we do try to accommodate all requests, we do not offer early check-in or late check-out. If this should happen we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour. Please keep in mind you have wisely chosen one of the most popular cabins in the area, which means we stay booked constantly and need as much time as possible to keep things clean and tidy for all guests!

We can host a maximum of 8 guests including all adults, children & infants, we cannot hold any additional guests.

Please keep in mind we have maintained the original charm of the cabin, therefore the hardwood floors may creak & be heard on lower levels.

While we have monthly pest control services, please keep in mind you are in a wooded area. It is not possible to deter 100% of all bugs. You may see or hear critters. Welcome to the Smoky Mountains!

The roof is metal. There is no attic. If a squirrel crawls on the roof you will hear it. If it’s raining you will hear it. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous.

City Trash pick-up is early Tuesday mornings. If you have any trash to dispose of on this day, please place it in the outdoor trash bin and place the trash bin at the curb. You will hear the garbage truck in the morning. It will wake you up if you are asleep. *Please DO NOT place any trash in the outdoor bin prior to Tuesday morning UNLESS you are checking out. Bears & racoons smell food and may show up for lunch. You may place your trash in the outdoor bin after check-out. Our cleaners will pick up the trash immediately after.
