The property is in a location about 15-20 minutes from the main parkway in Pigeon Forge. The cabin is very cutely decorated! The online posting is accurate, although the living area is smaller than it appears online. The cabin is in overall good shape, could use a little attention to detail like refinishing the porch floors and some of the hardwood floors inside but nothing that detracted from our stay. The kitchen is small but adequate for a cabin stay. Not well equipped for cooking large meals for many people but satisfactory for four people.
The loft is spacious, and the bed is super comfy. Nice linens and comforter on the bed. The loft bathroom has everything you need with a shower/tub combo. The downstairs bedroom is smaller than the loft but also has a comfy bed and nice, large bathroom. Washer/dryer in the downstairs bathroom is very handy and there is also a jacuzzi tub in the downstairs bathroom.
We had a couple of minor maintenance issues, and the cabin contact was very responsive. We were very pleased with their effort to correct any issues and how quickly they responded to any requests before and during our stay. Couple of things to note...in addition to no Wi-Fi, we had almost no cell service and that was through Verizon and Spectrum. You are definitely disconnected at this location.
The baths, kitchen and floors were very clean but there are a few cosmetic updates that could be done. I would not recommend this cabin for more than four people because the living room furniture will only seat five. The sofa and loveseat feel like they have seen better days as far as comfort but are clean and fit the decor well. The surrounding area is very nice, feels quite safe and is in a beautiful part of Sevier County. Lovely, shaded areas on the porch and two comfy rockers to while away the time! Driveway is adequate for two vehicles; the initial turn is a little awkward, but we easily parked a smaller SUV and large truck. We were traveling with another couple and had a lovely, relaxing time together at this cozy cabin!
Place was clean and enough room for the two of us. Property says that 6 can sleep there which is true but you would be on top of each other. Drive way is steep and very hard to turn around. Kitchen has everything you need to cook but limited quantities of soap and toilet paper. No WiFi which was my fault for not checking in to and wasn't able to get any service until closer to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.
