A Word of Caution:
The road to our cabin is STEEP, providing a thrilling ascent to your secluded retreat. While the road is paved, it accommodates one vehicle at a time, and we recommend AWD/4WD vehicles for your convenience. We DO NOT recommend LOW PROFILE VEHICLES. Conditions of the road and driveway may vary due to the time of year (Wet Leaves, Snow, Ice, Etc.). In the event of ice and now, it may be necessary to park at the bottom of the driveway. AWD/4WD is NECESSARY in late fall and winter weather. There is a small dip at the beginning of the driveway as you enter.

Your comfort and safety during your stay at our cabin are our top priorities, and we want to ensure you have the best experience possible. Here are some important details to keep in mind:

*As previously mentioned, the road to the cabin is STEEP. Please keep this in mind when booking your trip.

* Travel Insurance Highly Recommended * While we aim to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, unforeseen circumstances can occur. There will be no refunds due to weather, natural disasters, power outages, personal matters, etc. that are beyond our control - We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

PLEASE NOTE: We do have an OUTDOOR Arlo camera on site that monitors the DRIVEWAY ONLY and no personal spaces.

HOT TUB USAGE:
Our hot tub is a wonderful amenity for relaxation. However, please use it at your own risk. Detailed hot tub rules are posted for your safety, and we kindly ask that you adhere to them.

OCCUPANCY LIMITS: The maximum number of guests allowed in the cabin is 2. Additionally, there is a maximum limit of 2 vehicles.

Family-Friendly Welcoming: Children are Our Guests too!
We love welcoming families to our home, and children (UNDER 18) are more than welcome to stay. For your convenience, we can provide a Pack and Play upon request, making your travel preparations a bit lighter. We DO NOT provide linens for the pack and play. Please make arrangements for providing you own. However, it's important to note that while we're delighted to have your little one as our guest, our home is not child-proofed. To ensure their safety, please keep a close eye on your child at all times and take any necessary precautions to create a safe and comfortable environment for your family. Your child's safety is our top priority.

*Allergy Considerations: No Cats Allowed:
We regret to inform you that, due to allergies, we are unable to accommodate cats in our home. While we strive to create a welcoming environment for all guests, this restriction is necessary to ensure the comfort and well-being of those with allergies. We appreciate your understanding and hope to provide a pleasant and allergen-free experience for all our visitors. *Embrace Nature's Company: A Note on Bugs, Pest Control and Wildlife:
Our cabin is nestled in the heart of nature, and you may come across a variety of bugs and insects during your stay. While they are part of the natural surroundings, we understand that mosquitoes can be pesky, and you might find an occasional uninvited guest like a dead bug here and there, which is sometimes unavoidable Rest assured, we take your comfort seriously. Our cabin undergoes regular pest control to keep these nuisances at bay, and we maintain thorough cleaning routines both before and after each stay. Also, keep in mind that you may encounter black bears during your stay. Although mostly harmless, please do your best to not leave out any food or garbage ! It is also HIGHLY suggested you leave your vehicle locked at all times as the bears tend to try and enter vehicles and will if they are unlocked. We want to ensure a clean and pleasant environment for your visit, allowing you to fully enjoy the wonders of nature with peace of mind. If you have any concerns or need assistance during your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out; we're here to make your experience as enjoyable as possible.

*We kindly inform our guests that, regrettably, we do not offer early check-in or late check-out options. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our standard check-in and check-out times !

*Please remember that our cabin is dog-friendly. While we ensure thorough cleaning after each stay, it's possible to come across some occasional dog hair. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain a welcoming space for all our guests, including our furry friends. If you do come across unwanted dog hair, please reach out, and I will ensure that it gets taken care of !

As a courtesy to the cabin and other guests, dogs are to be crated when left at the cabin alone without supervision. Kindly, we ask that you keep pets off all of the furniture as well. Guest is responsible for any damage caused by pet.

*Wood Burning Fireplace not to be used when burn ban in effect *

FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
$500 for any pets other than dogs
$250 for unproperly disposal of smoking butts
$250 for smoking inside
$100 for every unauthorized guest
$50 for checkout past 30 min, then 75$ per additional 30 minutes
$500 for unauthorized fireplace usage (During burn bans)
$150 for more than 1 dog
