Summary:
This cabin is at the very top of the mountain in a cul-de-sac with breathtaking mountain views, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! Just 2.5 miles from Dollywood, miles from The Island in Pigeon Forge, 13 miles from the Gatlinburg runway, & 15 miles from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Close to everything yet far enough away to be considered private & secluded. Enjoy a massive lit up firepit, game room, 8-person dinner table, 3 bedrooms with HDTVâs, and 3 full bathrooms.
The Space:
We offer a covered carport for one vehicle (rare amenity in a mountain rental) where you can enter the cabin directly. No carrying groceries and luggage through the rain or snow, just pull up and enter through the carport with a keyless entry. There is enough space in the driveway for six cars in total.
Once you walk through the keyless entry in the carport, you'll walk straight into the game room! Inside the game room there is a high quality, full size Connelly pool table along with a new arcade game machine with 60 classic games sure to entertain. Also in the gameroom is a 65" Samsung SmartTV for everyone to kick back & enjoy. In front of the TV is a sleeper sofa that comfortably sleeps two, as well as a love chair.
The first master bedroom is located downstairs and features a king size bed, 43" HD Smart TV, and a walk-in closet. Also inside the first master bedroom is a private, spacious, newly renovated adjoining bathroom with a standup, tiled shower.
Walk upstairs and enter a large recently renovated rustic living room with panoramic views of the mountains. Relax on the couch or loveseat and enjoy the 65" fully mounted Samsung HD Smart TV. There is a propane fireplace located under the TV with an easy to use timer. Behind the couch you'll find two comfortable chairs with a checkers table in-between. There are a number of board games under the checkers table for your enjoyment as well.
Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with new granite countertops. We offer all utensils, small appliances, pots, pans, etc. so the family can enjoy a home cooked meal and have everything needed at your disposal.
Outside the kitchen is a large 8-seat dinner table with a beautiful pendant hanging from the ceiling. We have a high chair as well!
In the hallway behind the kitchen you'll find a full washer and dryer in case any laundry needs to be done during your stay.
The second master bedroom features a king size bed, 43" fully mounted Smart TV, walk-in closet, as well as a full private bathroom connected.
Bedroom 3 has 2 twin-size bunk beds in addition to a 32" Smart TV with a full mount for everyone on the bunks to tune-in. The full bathroom in the hallway provides easy access for those staying in bedroom 3.
Just outside the living room, one of the two decks looks directly out on the mountains with spectacular views. There is one high top table, two high top chairs, and one end table with two seating chairs. Perfect for morning coffees during sunrise or cocktails during sunset!
Walk out behind the kitchen table onto the back patio and you are met by a new covered hot tub for you to enjoy while soaking in the beautiful mountain views and spacious backyard. Another great spot for morning coffees during sunrise or cocktails during sunset! There is also a four person table and chairs in case people want to play cards, hang out, or eat outside.
At the bottom of the back patio is a newly renovated ~260 square foot, lit-up circular fire pit with 8 chairs and plenty of room to relax and soak in the lovely mountain views. It is surrounded by hanging lights so everyone can enjoy during the night time. There is a light switch on the side of the house near the fire pit for easy access. Also near the fire pit is a park grill in case you want to cook outside for the family.

The $125 pet fee is charged through the resolution center shortly after you make a reservation.
Below the fire pit is a .5 acre yard slanted backyard for the kids to play.

The Neighborhood:
Secluded at the very top of Springer Road yet still close to everything. You can take a walk down Springer Road and see the pasture next door while taking in the beautiful mountain views.
Getting Around:
Ubers and Lyft are accessible from the cabin, as well as grocery delivery through Smokey Mountain Grocery.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed with a $125 fee! This is charged through the resolution center after you book. i.e. if you have 3 dogs, it is still a one-time fee of $125
