The cabin was spotless and so welcoming! The beds were freshly washed and cozy, the hot tub was sparkling clean, and we loved the peaceful, quiet setting. Great location—close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, with lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. Donna and Mike were wonderful hosts, very responsive, and shared great local tips. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this cabin! The only disappointment was the heated pool did not appear to be heating and several of the pool house doors were off track and broken.

i will start by saying the cabin itself is nice. The couch upstairs is old and outdated. You sit down and it feels like your sitting on a old worn out mattress on the floor. You cant sit for long at all watching a show. Most uncomfortable couch i every sat in.Thought i would go downstairs and try that couch samething. I dont know if they spray for bugs. Had alot of stink bugs crawling around. Cabin next to us had stink bugs also.The outside rockers downstairs are filled with cob webs.They said in description big yard for your dog to play. Your dog needs to be on a leash because of bears. You have to walk down and up a 90 degree slope.I took a picture its below.We stayed here a week. For the price we paid i think it should have been nicer furniture at least. Host was good at communicating. Needless to say i wont come backhere.

Amazing stay!!

Our three teenage/young adult children decided that instead of Christmas gifts, they would rather spend Christmas and New Years as a family in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. I started searching for cabins and found this gem! It was perfect for us and we had an amazing time! Donna was very accommodating the few times we reached out to her, and we even found little goodies of popcorn and hot chocolate to enjoy. Of course, the town and sight seeing is always nice but knowing we were coming back to the comforts in this cabin made our trip even more memorable!

Night Mare

When we got there the cabin hadn’t been cleaned, garbage running over in kitchen floors dirty in living room and kitchen, Bathroom filthy with garbage running over, linens not changed on bed, had hundreds of lady bugs in bed, bedroom, living room , 80 degrees in cabin. Had spider webs living room bedroom, we hand to clean up lady bugs in bed before anything, take linens off downstairs bed and put on main bed, clean bathroom, wash towels, we had to clean up the porches. It took until midnight for the cabin to cool down. After talking to Donna,owner, she was going to send someone the next day at 9am to clean up. After we went to bed my wife woke me up and said someone was breaking in so i got up to handle and Donna, owner, had found someone to come that night and the cleaning lady was as startled as i was because she said the owner, Donna, didn’t tell her anyone was in cabin. So after all of that she cleaned cabin. I have requested a refund for one night but haven’t herd back

Tennessee getaway

This is our 2nd time staying at this cabin. It's very nice and accommodating. We love the 2 master suites with jetted hot tubs plus the one outside on the deck. Three things I would suggest: 1) Remove spider/cobwebs around deck and front door area. This would definitely improve the outside appearance. 2) Replace rockers outside on lower deck. 3) Towel hooks in bathrooms. This is a great cabin with a beautiful view and the location can't be beat.

Great location but...

This is a rental property that has been well used but minimally maintained. It has potential to be really nice but needs some improvements. The mattresses need zippered covers, the rugs are a tripping hazard and the showers need mats just to make it safe. Maybe my expectations were to high since I don't usually stay at this type.of property. We will be using hotels from now on. are a tripping hazard

Wonderful Cabin

My grandsons and I had a wonderful experience staying in this cabin. It was spacious and the basement area was perfect for their late nights. We were in the hot tub every evening in time to enjoy the fireworks! And the boys enjoyed the resort’s pool! Donna was a wonderful host and answered my many questions about the area. We hope to stay here again on our next visit.

Great Summer Get-away

Our family had a wonder stay here. Could not ask for better communication from the owners. Friendly, easy check-in. We felt safe in this gated community and it was very peaceful. We would book again.

Beautiful Cabin in great location.

Beautiful cabin with everything you may need. Includes kitchen, hot tub,access to indoor pool.. Tucked away in the mountains but close enough to all the attractions.

Neglected Cabin

Upon arrival the Hot tub was half full of nasty water. We reported to Owner, they answered quickly and sent a service person, more issues with hot tub... we did get to use the hot tub on day three. All exterior windows were dirty, which effected the view. Very deep dog claw marks in the woodwork around all interior doors. Black water marks around dining window where there had been a leak. The worst of the worse was the mattress! The mattress was covered with large brown and yellow stains! It was disgusting! Definitely a health code violation. There was a mattress cover, but it was not zipped/ sealed, just a worn out cover flopping over the urine soaked mattress. We reported all the issues, more than I've mentioned here. The only thing addresses was the hot tub. We let them know we were not at all happy and wanted to find another place, they did not offer ANY refund. They did let us know their growing family relied on this income, which sounded more like emotional manipulation at the time. This was not a "New Cabin" as advertised. FYI: the pool looked good, but it is not heated. We were not able to use it. :( I would NOT recommend a stay here!

A Gem in Pigeon Forge - Perfect Stay!

Our stay in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, was an absolute delight, thanks in large part to our wonderful VRBO hosts and their clean home. From the moment we booked, our hosts were nothing short of informative and attentive, ensuring we had all the details needed for a seamless check-in and a comfortable stay. They provided great tips on local attractions, dining spots, and even hidden gems in the area, which allowed us to experience Pigeon Forge like locals. The location of the property couldn’t have been better - nestled in a peaceful area yet conveniently close to all the attractions Pigeon Forge has to offer. After long days exploring the beauty and excitement of the Smoky Mountains, and the various entertainment options, returning to this tranquil home was the perfect way to unwind. Overall, our experience was outstanding. The combination of the informative hosts, the clean and comfortable home, and the ideal location made our trip to Pigeon Forge unforgettable.
