Welcome to Smoky Mountain Retreat! Part of our Signature Series, this 12,000 sqft, 3-story, 17-bedroom cabin is located in Wildbriar Resort—just minutes from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Ideal for reunions, retreats, and group events, this cabin features mountain views, parking for 8 large vehicles, upscale furnishings, a private indoor pool, and more.

Main Level:
This level includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, 2 bedrooms, a half bath, and deck access.

The living room offers comfortable seating, a seasonal gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV.
The kitchen features granite countertops, major appliances, and all necessary cookware and tableware.
The dining area includes two 12-foot tables with bench seating, 6 barstools, and scenic mountain views.

Each bedroom has a king bed, futon, flat-screen TV, and an attached bathroom with walk-in shower.
The deck offers picnic tables, a hot tub, and additional seating.

Upper Level:
This level includes a sitting area, washer and dryer, and 9 bedrooms.

The sitting area has a sofa sleeper and poker table.
Seven bedrooms each have a king bed, flat-screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. One of these rooms includes a futon.
The other two bedrooms each have two sets of queen bunk beds and an attached bathroom with walk-in shower.

Lower Level:
This level features a game room, theater room, indoor pool, and 6 bedrooms.

The game room includes a pool table and sofa sleeper.
The theater room offers comfortable theater seating.
The indoor pool area has lounge chairs and fun water features.

Two bedrooms have king beds.
Three bedrooms have king beds and futons.

We had a great stay. It was a very large space for our group. We thought there were 2 hot tubs based on the indoor pool photo, but that isn’t a hot tub. We were a little let down about that, but had a good time.

The cabin served our purpose, but there were a few issues. The pool heater was broken. The hot tub was dirty - had dirt in it and well as a nasty ring around it. The left dishwasher wasn’t and hasn’t been working in a while considering the mold in it. The right microwave does not work. There is one seat in the theater that the back is broken. Also need more silverware. Had to wash dishes in the middle of dinner to feed the 20 or so people had eating. The house sleeps 68??? Overall, it was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Just things you need to know.

Thisproperty is great for the amount of space and gathering areas.  However; we were disappointed in the condition of many of the amenities and did not find all as advertised in the information. A few main issues:In the pool the waterfalls,jets, and lighting were not working. You could not see out the windows due to build up of water stains.  This was very disappointing as the pool area was a main reason we booked this property. We reached out about the issues but were told “sorry those are not working”. It was functional but not as pictured/sold. We only used one dishwasher when we noticed the other one had a large amount of mold inside it (on racks and in the bottom). A couple shower liners also had some visible mold. Several of the king size mattresses were noticeably sagging in the middle. A crack in the bathtub in one bathroom made us decide not to use that bathroom for showering. Other minor disappointments were:  NO hairdryers (listed as an amenity), only a handful of tablespoon sized spoon flatware (we had chili one night and had to purchase plastic spoons so that our party of 20  could eat),  flatware supplied would not be enough for the total advertised capacity of the property, lacking cooking/cutting knives (plenty of steak knives but not many other kinds), one of the three microwaves was not working, toaster missing knobs and only one side working, several lamps or lightbulbs not working, water kettle had no handle, a bedroom window that wouldn’t close

42 Person Family Reunion

For the price, some of the finishes could be fixed or upgraded. Nothing terrible, but it might help for the management to slow down between rentals and look at the fit and finishes. My shower curtain requires 13 hooks but there were only 5. Other than those types of small issues, the property was great for our 6 day reunion.

All the Room You Desire

Great choice for the 50+ of us. Gorgeous view, all the bathrooms were top notch. Plenty of hot water, kitchen is perfect for large gatherings and meal prep.

Great Size/Beautiful View

This is our second time staying at this particular cabin. We have an annual regional offsite with our General Managers (16 of us). Everyone enjoys having their own room/space/bathroom, yet happy to have room for all of us to be together. Kitchen is well stocked with all of the items needed to cook for large groups. Would be nice if the outdoor space had a larger grill than the coal powered small one's on the property. Considering this is our second stay, we just brought our own large flat top grill. Outside of that, the views are amazing and plenty of wildlife to see. Pool area could use some improvement. Water puddling was present when we first arrived and was right outside the door when going into this area. Also, could not turn on pool lights, waterfall feature as the controller on the wall was stuck in a "processing" menu. All-in-all, a great place for a larger group.

Spectacular Cabin

Seventeen bedrooms, each with an attached bath met our family needs perfectly. We had four generations gathering for a vacation. The spaciousness on the main level, deck, and other floors was well designed. The modification of the deck to add a ramp from the parking area was a welcomed addition. The lack of kitchen equipment in relation to the number of max guest listed identified in earlier reviews had not been resolved. Additionally, we found only 24 forks for our group of 40. (resolved after making two trips to management office) Communication on day of check-in was unacceptable. Although a text was received the morning of check-in alerting that another text would be sent when the cabin was ready, no text was sent. I sent a text after the check-in time requesting an update. It was not responded to. After waiting about 45 minutes, I then went to the office to inquire when the cabin would be available. It took a while for the desk receptionist to track down the cleaners only to find out that the cabin had been ready earlier and the cleaning staff "failed to update the status in the system"

Great for our large group

Our large group with children had a great time at this rental and the house is much grander than pictures do it justice! There are more than enough kitchen accessories and we loved the 2 giant tables for eating together. The location is great to get to the national park and other local attractions. The main issue we had was cleanliness. The hot tub was not thoroughly cleaned, there are layers of dust on some of the decorations and light fixtures, the patio and side deck had some left over cans and mud from the previous tenants, and the floors were not as clean as I’d have liked. Other than that, our comforter was ripped up and worn more than just usual wear and tear and the pool controls were turned off so we couldn’t use any lights, fountains, temperature, etc., which was disappointing for the kids. Overall, our stay was nice and the location is great for large groups who want to explore the area. If the cleanliness is kicked up a notch and a few updates would be made, I would highly recommend and also consider staying again next year.

Family vacay

The process for renting this property was seamless. The views were absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful time and it was a great way for our family to get together with our senior mother under one roof. Some things that could stand improvement: the floors were dirty. Kids typically run around in socks. They were very dirty in a short amount of time. We were told not to remove the sheets from the beds upon our departure. We thought it would be nice to do so since we had a good time and we’re trying to be helpful. Some of The mattresses had big yellow stains on them. We stopped removing as it was pretty gross. Our property advertised a sauna. It was removed before our stay and we were not notified until we were almost there. If you are a family that cooks, bring your own cook wear and utensils - there is not enough for the number of people that can stay.

Overall our stay was great! Perfect house for what we needed to do. I will say that the kitchen is lacking some basic equipment if you plan to do any cooking (measuring cups, large pots, knives other than steak knives), but for the most part, it was great!

Loved This Property But Needs Better Cleaning

Loved the property, the cabin was beautiful, and everything looked just like the pictures. There were some cleaning issues. With the amount charge for cleaning I was not impressed. * A few broken door handles. If you want to get into the pool you had to unlock the door in the bathroom. The other door did not work. Also a few bedroom doors had handle uses. *Dirty floors. Could not walk around bare foot for more than a minute without having black feet in the house. * Hair balls in bed sheets and showers * Moldy tubs/showers with sitting water in them * Worms in pool *If you have a big crowd coming, be sure to bring your own pots and pans.

Reunion 2021

Our trip was amazing and we had plenty of space for 23 people. The indoor pool, pool table, hot tub and arcade game was so much fun. The outdoor deck has an awesome view! The kitchen area was perfect but could use a few more frying pans. The cleaning crew could pay closer attention on cleaning the main floors. Our little ones had black feet by the end of the day.

Amazing house but not properly stocked

This house is a 10/10 for views, spacious rooms, amazing kitchen space and eating area, cleanliness, spacious patio and location. However, the lack of attention to the kitchen for cooking is horrendous for the price. While the dishes and utensils are fully stocked there are no medium/large pots and pans and the only ones they have are small and probably left by previous users from reading other reviews. No medium or large pots or pans
.NO MEASURING CUPS OR SPOONS!!! We left some for the next people. No reasonable knives for chopping. No baking trays. Broken can opener. I think the owners have the idea that people will be ordering out or hiring someone to cook for them. A house this size and this price should have everything. No gas grill and the charcoal grill they had was broken. We used tiny charcoal grills someone probably left. All and all we had a fabulous time here but these little things added to frustration that is not necessary on vacation.

Needs Improvement

I am not one to provide a review but I felt that this property needed feedback and hopefully it will instigate much needed improvements. I will start with the positive. The house is every bit as large as advertised and the views are amazing. 26 people were able to sleep here comfortably. The house is nice but don't look too close. The construction is low quality and the house is not well maintained. Upon arrival we found broken heat upstairs / basement, broken dishwasher, broken washer/dryer, broken touch screen to the pool so no lights/fountain/jacuzzi, hot tub max temp a tepid 99 degrees, no cue ball on the pool table, broken sauna, no lock on the main bathroom, and clogged drains. All the issues were reported but the only item on that list addressed was the heat. Ironically though the most troubling issue was the lack of supplies in the kitchen. The house is advertised as sleeping 60 but it was essentially impossible to cook for 25 with the implements. I had to go to the store to buy pans, measuring cups, kitchen scissors, etc. The price that is being charged for this property far exceeds what is being delivered. Renter beware...
