This magnificent property is set within a beautifully renovated Casa-Palacio, preserving the traditional Sevillian architecture while offering modern comforts, including an elevator with direct access to the apartment entrance.
The apartment is laid out over two levels as an inverted duplex. The upper floor, where you enter, features a spacious and bright living room decorated with high-end designer furniture, a large fully equipped kitchen, and a stunning private terrace with a seasonal pool (open all year round), accessible from both the living room and two of the bedrooms. These two bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed (150 x 200 cm).
Descending the internal stairs to the lower level, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, one with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), and another with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), as well as a shared, fully equipped bathroom.
Located on Calle Abades, this apartment is just steps from the Cathedral, La Giralda, the Royal Alcázar, and many other iconic monuments. Santa Cruz is a mostly pedestrian area, full of narrow historic streets, ancient churches, palatial houses, and magical corners.

Great apartment. Very spacious, well furnished, good equipment & supplies (eg kitchen). Very clean, well located, exactly as advertised. Modern bathrooms & kitchen. Expensive, but well worth it for large family group. "Pool" is very small - but the photo is very accurate.Management (Genteel Home) very helpful & attentive. Did a great job. Highly recommend
